Gateway Cafe

I'm from Bucks County, PA and was hear visiting cousins in South Williamsport and then riding the Pine Creek Trail. After a nice 20 mile ride Googled lunch in Jersey Shore and blindly chose Gateway as it was open . I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance and the quality of the Cobb salad. Beautifully prepared and filled with excellent ingredients with a very nice poppy seed dressing.

Great stop for coffee or energy drinks. Friendly service and a wide variety of hot or cold drinks to choose from. Lots of fun! I'll be back again.

Gateway catered my sister's bridal shower and the food was amazing! They came and set/cleaned everything up for us and provided all utensils, plates, serving platters, cups, table decor, etc. needed. It was truly a full service experience and was so incredibly helpful. I have some picky relatives and they all asked who catered because the food was delicious. I can not recommend them more!

Was doing a trip from MD to NY and stopped by for lunch. Great food, awesome staff, and just a pleasant experience.

Stopped here on the way back to NJ. The atmosphere is so cute and local, my friends and I absolutely loved this place! We got the Cinnamon Bun Cold Brew which was delicious! My friend ordered a warmed cinnamon bun pastry that was probably the best I’ve ever had. And my friend and I each ordered a veggie melt that we loved! Will definitely come back here if we take a road trip out west, too bad it’s not close to where I live.

I actually came here for a meeting, and I suggested this cafe because the atmosphere is amazing, the coffee is perfect, and the food is absolutely delicious. I actually grabbed a lotus drink this visit, with a Ham, egg, and cheese croissant. 🖤
Update: I have now had everyone of my meeting of this type in this Cafe, and loved everytime. The atmosphere is still amazing, and it's such a wonderful adventure trying the new monthly Flavor combinations.

Everyone knows I'm " all about the Gateway"! I love this place! Locally owned and " homey". Great service. Fresh ingredients in sandwiches and wraps. Great home made soups, Chicken Corn Chowder is their wonderful signature soup. Delicious lattes. Yummy home made goodies such as cinnamon buns to go with that latte! A wonderful place to meet up with friends for breakfast, lunch, or just chatting over a cup of coffee.

I’ve been here a few times, always a good experience. Nice, quiet little place, pork belly Mac & cheese is really good, highly recommended. I’m not a coffee drinker but they have all the custom flavorings and stuff like you’d find at a big chain coffee place, and I’ve heard it’s all really good as well.

I love this cafe. Their espresso drinks are great, their menu is really cute and fitting for the atmosphere of the cafe. They just came out with a new type of cold drink this year that I really like and highly recommend as well (lotus drinks.)

Such a nice little place, I love stopping here for breakfast. I love the coffee flavors too.

Fantastic breakfast and lunches!! I have also had experienced one of their catering events and it was fabulous! This was for a baby shower. Presentation was was great, food was great, and service great! Highly recommend for any occasion for catering needs!

Walked into this adorable side Street Cafe and had just a basic breakfast sandwich but when I got it it was far more than basic. The croissant was a beautiful golden brown and buttery and my egg and Ham was excellent wire in there try the jacko latte

Love the gateway and the Blonde wonderful cook/barista she always makes us feel so welcome no matter how long it has been since our last interaction.

I called ahead and picked up. The grilled peach chicken salad was excellent and very filling. I also had a special coffee. This place is a hidden gem.

I have not been there in years but it was a delightful visit. Food was good. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming and staff were excellent.

A great little coffee shop with good food, good service and friendly staff! Plenty of different drinks to try, too. I especially enjoyed the Lotus drink!

We have a monthly breakfast meeting here and the small, warm atmosphere makes for a wonderful place for conversation. I've never been during other times, but Saturday mornings are perfect!
