I have been trying to find a billet box for some time now. So I called Billet Box directly and found out they do not ship to PA, but the lady I spoke to recommended Vape Haven. I decided to call and had the chance of speaking to Greg Packech on the phone. He told me that he carries the Billet Box and a good selection of accessories for it. Now I live almost 3 hours away from Vape Haven so I decided to make the long drive and I can say I am quite happy that I did. I got to meet Greg and we talked for awhile. The shop is very nice and Greg was very helpful. I can say I am happy with the purchase that I have made. Even if you have questions after you leave, they will answer and help you out as best as they can over the phone or through chat. Sorry for the long review but this shop deserves it, if you are in the area or even if your not make the drive to Vape Haven, you won't be disappointed............

So, my first time shopping at Vape Haven was awesome ( About a year ago ). Not only does Vape Haven have the best selection of E-Juice that suits my needs, They have some of the best accessories for whatever vape you might be using. The community is full of Billet Box enthusiasts, here at Vape Haven. They carry, all kinds of accessories for the Billet Box. What can I say, I have been a customer for over a year now, and you guys absolutely rock. Thank you Vape Haven!

I find it amusing that people complain how expensive this place is. I've been to many vape shops and they all run about the same. Customer service is great here and why I keep going back.

during my visit to Vape Haven, i had a wonderful time. they were very helpful in showing me a great starter kit. They also were very generous by allowing me to sample a few flavors to help me choose what i liked best!

They really bailed me out in an emergency. I'm an over the road truck driver, and I spilled a full mug of coffee on my battery charger while it was charging and killed it. I wasn't going back home for another 2 weeks and couldn't find an open vape store at a truck stop over the weekend. The guys at Vape Haven were kind enough to bring a new charger to me at the truck stop I was staying at. Thanks again guys!

Has a testing place where u can try the flavors before purchasing n being new to vaping I really enjoyed this. Staff very friendly and patient with customer.

Employee was very knowledgable and professional, created a friendly environment. One of my favorite vape stores just for this reason
