my boyfriend and I showed up 10 minutes before closing in a van with 1 tire showing wire and the other was basically driving on the donut. CLARK assisted us in no time and stay passed closing time to put new tires on. and then another van came and he was about to stay even longer. CLARK was amazing and totally understanding. walmart turned us down. we thought we were stuck. CLARK made our night 100% better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MONROE

We were driving home from a funeral in Ohio and had to swerve off the road on 80 to avoid a tractor trailer accident and ended up with a blown tire. I called AAA who came and changed our tire, but we were still over 200 miles from home so we needed a new tire. Unfortunately most places were closed since it was almost 7pm. I found Monro and called. I explained our situation and the manager, Clark Mckenrick, said he would stay open for us even though they close at 7pm. We arrived at 7:20pm and he was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly professional and had us good to go in less than 30 minutes. We appreciate him going up and above to provide us with great service so that we were able to continue on our way home! We wanted to show our appreciation so hopefully the shop enjoys some baked goods that will be delivered in the morning from a local business 😀

Such great service! We had a nail in our tire and they fixed it literally right away. The guy helping us offered options and let us choose how to fix it, with his expert opinion. Our car is doing great thanks to his knowledge. Such great customer service as well! 10/10 recommend!

Had a trailer tire blow on the highway just west of this location, so we showed up Friday just before closing time & the service employee was such a great guy! He had not problem helping us out by getting our tire mounted! Highly recommend!

Curt (or Kurt) at Monro Auto in Clarion was awesome. I had a flat, he was able to get my tire plugged and back on the road in 10 minutes. Awesome service and thanks again for all of the help, was able to get home safe and sound.

These guys saved us from being stranded in a cross country drive. We were moving from New York City to Iowa and they were the kindest most sincere mechanics I have ever met. We cannot begin to say how much they saved us. I will recommend them to anyone passing through Pennsylvania.

We had some major car troubles in the middle of a roadtrip. Thanks to their help, we were on the road after a few hours and made the trip safely and quickly. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating!

I was coming home from a road trip vacation and ran over an object in the road that busted my radiator. This shop helped me get back on the road as soon as possible so my family and I could get home. Very friendly customer service, employee Clark in particular was awesome and very helpful.

We are traveling from Indiana to Pennsylvania and our windshield wiper fluid stopped working. After much frustration, my husband called Andrew at Monro and asked for help. They got us in very quickly and were able to diagnose and fix the issue within minutes. I’m so appreciative for their help because we couldn’t even see out the windshield. Thank you so much!!

I had a small light out beside my driver side headlight. They were able to squeeze me in, pop the bulb, let me know which bulb to purchase and popped in the replacement with 20 minutes! Customer service was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Thanks Monro or Clarion, store 0608!

Went in thinking I just needed brake pads replaced. Immediately after putting my Lincoln on the lift & removing the tire the mechanic brought me into the bay to show me what I was driving with. Thank God he did because had they only replaced the pads I was damn close to killing someone or causing a terrible accident. Curt, the manager went above and beyond & managed to keep the cost very reasonable. I will continue to use Monro & refer for their quality service.

These are "my people". I would (and do) absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs auto service they can count on. That trust is important to me as an older gal with a husband in skilled nursing care and pretty much on my own, including with this seemingly neverending auto maintenance and repair stuff. The whole team is always professional to customers, but personable as well, and it IS a real thing that they will go out of their way as much as they can to help you with your situation. I've not only been the recipient - I've witnessed it as well. 5+ stars, since Google isn't that generous.

Andrew is the absolute best! I took my car in for an oil change and inspection, and ended up having brake pads fail that I just had replaced 3 months prior and 6 months prior to that, so he worked tirelessly to figure out the underlying problem, all while running the shop by himself. He took me into the shop to show me the issue, not just telling me what’s wrong like other mechanics I’ve had in the past. He was so helpful and friendly even while being overwhelmed with multiple cars at once while being alone. After picking my car up the next day he scheduled me an appointment in a few weeks to check and see if the problem was resolved (it was!), and greased all the brake parts for free. Got everything fixed up for a great discount and will never go anywhere else. I had taken this car to two other mechanics since last year and neither one of them caught the issue Andrew did. Phenomenal customer service and experience!

Excellent service and super prompt at getting me back on the road. Cost high but what isn’t anymore in this horrible liberal run economy.

The guys at the clarion shop were extremely helpful today! We had a new tractor tire and good not get the tire mounted on our own. I called. They told me to bring rim and tire over and in few minutes the tire was mounted and we were out the door. So friendly as well! I highly recommend them and will do business with them in the future!

My husband was traveling home from Columbus Ohio as he does every weekend. He stopped in Nile’s ohio to get gas & noticed his tire was low. So he filled his tank & tire then continued home. Shortly after crossing into PA noticed he was losing tire pressure again, fast. Made it to clarion to fill tire again when he seen monro tire & service center & decided to go there thinking worst case scenario he’d need a new tire! They got him in right away, he waited maybe 1/2 hr. Guy came out & said there was a broken piece of reflector stuck in the tire! They plugged it up & sent my husband home free of charge! Not sure if they do this for everyone that needs a plug in their tire, but we sure did appreciate them doing this for us!!

Monroe in clarion was awesome. I work in delivery. One morning I noticed my tire had a leak. When I reached my last stop I noticed Monroe. I had over 2 hour drive back home and my tire was leaking. They got me in quick. Was very kind and professional. They patched up my tire and I was able to drive home safely.
