One of our fleet vehicles had an overheating issue and due to the fact that my normal mechanic was booked for a month out and my embarrassment over bringing in a vehicle that is way past end of life I contacted Countryside auto. Mark was understanding and while also being fully booked was able to repair our vehicle sooner than originally stated and for a absolutely fair price. I am so thankful for Mark and his team. Thank you guys for taking care of us and helping to get this van back in the road. 100% would recommend to anyone, so very thankful for your service.

First time visit to the shop and we will be coming back. Mark was terrific on communication, the fair pricing, and speed to get the work done. We brought in our Murano after it slid in the snow and hit the curb. We were not sure of the damage. The front tie rod needed to be replaced and an alignment done. Mark was able to get all the work done faster than anticipated. Thank you!!

This shop is the best in the area, hands down. The mechanics and knowledgeable and incredibly honest! Fair price, and they care about repeat business. My entire neighborhood uses this shop for their vehicles.

We just took our car in for inspection and an oil change. They immediately got us in and service was insanely fast. I was very impressed. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Had both my cars (2003 Audi A6 4.2 and 2002 4Runner) inspected, new tires installed and other repairs I requested. Outstanding work in quality of what was done, value (good/very fair prices all around), communication, and timeliness. I'm really picky about where I have work done so had been taking my cars to a garage an hours drive away. But decided to give Countryside a try, based on how they handled one minor mid-year repair for me, and am very happy I did! All the work was first rate and at very reasonable prices including the tires that they sourced. Marc, the owner, really cares and wants to do things right, a philosophy shared by the great techs who have been selected to work there. Please keep it up - I'll be back for any and all auto work needed and will recommend enthusiastically to everyone I know.

We have brought our cars here several times now including oil changes. Not only is the price the best value anywhere ( $19.99 ) for synthetic, but he doesn’t try to tell up sell you on repairs that aren’t really necessary like most car dealers. He saved me over $400 on a battery and alternator I just replaced. Mark is professional, honest and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Countryside to everybody!!

Love this new repair shop. Super honest and even if you aren't sure with your inspection how you're going to be able to pay for it one of the suggestions he gave me is that you have three months before your car inspection expires so you can do something each month to help financially offset the cost. They even put cookies packs in the car after I had work done work before Christmas that very much impressed me.

I have dealt with Mark , Bob and Josh for years. I bring daily drivers and classic cars here. Always fair ,honest and upfront about repairs. Good guys that do good work.

Excellent work! My $3,000 quote for car repairs from another shop dropped to $900 at Countryside.
I called the day before and told him I had a headlight out. I got there at 15 minutes before 8 am. The tech immediately came out and changed the bulb in 5 minutes. The repair was $43. I was on my way at 8 am.

so let me tell you about this great place. Ida rocked our towns flooded us all destroyed homes and cars .... we had this little green Malibu my husband and I said maybe a family could use it ...Mark and Bob stepped up ...the car had an exhaust leak needed a battery and inspection...some wiper blades too lol... hubby said let me know what it needs ... there wonderful souls said they would pick up the labor parts at cost....THEY LIED ...THEY PICKED UP THE LABOR AND PARTS ...THESE WONDERFUL SOULS HELPED US GIVE A FAMILY SOME CHEER...Ida took there cars their home their furniture ....today with the help of Countyside we made a family smile... First class experience, the guys at Countryside Auto really took care of my car, from start to finish. My car was in bad shape. I thought I needed a new transmission but come to find out, that was not the case. Their was a misfire in the engine. Mark talked me threw the problems and explained exactly what they were doing to fix my car. My car has honestly never ran better. Thank you Countryside Auto!! Your the best!! You come highly recommended!!!!
