I bought an old house and ran into some septic issues and needed my tank located thinking it was full. They came out the next morning and found I had a clogged main drain. Cleared it and located my tank. Even had some room to spare before pumping. Those guys get an A+ on completing a dirty job with a smile.

Just stopped by there at 3:30pm to dispute bill but NOONE is there. Hours of operation claim to be open until 4pm. I will be in. $67 an hour for labor when the job was less then 5 minutes. Then told me bill will be in mail. Just now got one MONTHS later, being charged late fee for second bill when only this one has been received. Way to take advantage of a disabled Veteran.

Husband called set up an appointment to service our furnace and to check our ducts and he never showed up or called. We called for two weeks and was told oh your scheduled for Wednesday and still never showed. Very disappointed because this person was recommended by a reliable source.

Service was VERY slow and we weren't even acknowledged that we were in the store. Nobody was even in the store. Maybe it was lunch break....
