We recently bought a brand new pellet stove here and these guys are the best!! Absolutely professional installation and answered all the questions we had and we could not be more happy with the results of getting this stove!! Not even needing to run the oil furnace at all anymore. Highly recommend for a professional install of heating stoves and fireplaces!!

My husband bought a pellet stove from here. Immediately we hated the stove and he called within days of using it. He was told that they could buy it back for several hundred less than the price we bought it at because now it was used. Don't buy a stove here they don't stand behind there product. They blame the customer for any problem. if you need to return it you get screwed, even if its within 30 days lol!!!!! Worst place to do business I have ever encountered!!!!!!

Called Friday that my pellet stove wasnt working and it's my only source of heat. I understand its heating season and they are busy. I was told I would get a call from their part time guy to schedule a time. Would probably be able to get to me by the weekend. Never got a phone call. I called twice over the weekend to let them know. Called someone else who came first thing Monday and fixed it. Finally get a call back was told I was called twice. When I said I didnt get a call or voicemail he yelled at me saying that if I was going to call their worker a lier I could go somewhere else. And besides you didnt buy your stove from us. What does it matter where I bought the stove. I was going to pay them to fix it. Well not to worry Laubscher pools will be getting my business.
