We used Hub's a few times when my daughter was very young and needed medical equipment, so it was our first choice to return to. The process was unbelievably easy. The employee went with the hospital recommendation. Within 3 days, I figured out the hospital hadn't put a lot of thought or analysis into their recommendation. We tried something else, and it worked. I called Hub's about the change, and the employee told me to just bring in what I had for an equipment swap. It was that easy! I came in 10 minutes before they closed, swapped everything out, watched her adjust the prescription for the future, and even had a conversation about portability options. Hub's will always be our #1 choice.

Jessica was fantastic! She is caring and very helpful. She made sure I was comfortable with my new CPAP before leaving. Their services were quick and I'm very happy with choosing them.

I'll give your visiting tech a 5+ she was very professional and nice. On the other hand when ordering by phone you sit on the phone a half hour and then get cut off and call back with the same results unless someone happens to answer. It is so nerve wracking to wait that long especially when you need to speak to someone.

Jennifer was very informative and also was a very nice person. She made the presentation/introduction very pleasant.

Sean was greatly helpful with my grandfather and worked hard to make sure all of his needs were met. We will definitely use Hubs in the future. Thank you !!

Shawn was very helpful. He told us important things about our machines that no one in 3 years has. He told us about filters, how long to use hoses and nose cannulas, when to clean water bottle and how much to fill it. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Jessica was very helpful, i was having problem with getting the correct mask to fit, she was very helpful in trying different masks until we found the right fit.

Jessica, was polite and helpful in answering my questions for a rollator that my mother needed for her height.
Only took one day to recieve the rollator and my mother is happy with the correct size.

Courtney was so very helpful and very nice I really liked her and look forward to learning about new products when they come available to me. The new machines she brought me work so much better she also came back next day to give me some supplies I needed that she didn't have with her. I am so thankful she came and spoke with me.

My Mom needed some new large tanks for when we go places. The employee, a lady, was so polite and easy to deal with. We have had issues with her portable unit. Although having unit problems, it was easy to get a hold of someone to get the issue resolved.

A++++ all the way. Everything was taken care of and explained to us..

The service I received at Hub's Home Oxygen was great and I felt confident on how to use my CPAP machine after meeting with the technician. I felt comfortable asking questions and was given all the needed supplies.

Super nice staff and everything is working great. My CPAP is a life changer. I was thinking that I would have to retire soon because I was always tired. I have not had this much energy in probably 15 years.
