Located at the liberty market, mary pats, has the best breakfast sandwich in the area. They also serve lunch, soup, and smoothies. The food is so bomb here they should have more yummy places like this. The staff are always friendly and food is super quick.

Cute little spot for breakfast and lunch! Friendly staff and nice dining area. The avo jam bagel sandwich was really good and something I’d order again. We saw a plate of French toast go by and will be trying that next time!

We have been coming here 2-3 times a month for a little over a year. Never had anything we didn’t like, staff are all friendly, the owner is a super nice guy. We will continue to support them. Always a pleasure seeing them and having breakfast here!

Easily our favorite place for breakfast in the area. Would highly recommend the caramelized bacon breakfast sandwich as well as the açaí bowl! Can’t make a bad choice when ordering here. Fairly priced.

Great little cafe in a cute farmer’s market. Service was excellent and extremely quick. Food was fantastic. The avo jam sandwich was a hit and the egg sausage on a croissant was really large and filling. We’ll certainly be back!

Consistently fresh, seasonal ingredients. Best egg sandwich I’ve ever had! Don’t sleep on the soups either. They are always busy and the staff is always polite.

There is a reason breakfast sandwich is a top word in reviews. They are perfect. Not a classic greasy bacon egg and cheese, but each sandwich is well crafted and has an expert cheese pull.
Plus, they offer free refills so it is a knock out choice

Wow, what a great little place for breakfast! I got the avo sandwich and it was honestly the perfect breakfast sandwich. The eggs were perfectly cooked - not too runny and not over done. The combination of flavors was spectacular!

Figured we would try somewhere new today. We decided on Mary Park's. Great choice. I had the Banana Bread French Toast, absolutely delicious. Large serving size, enough for two people. The pecan butter goes great with the French Toast. Hubby enjoyed their sausage gravy. Highly recommend for their brunch.

Let me just start with words can not describe how amazing their food is! We enjoyed breakfast with a family of five, 3 young children, found seating easily. There were so many delicious choices we couldn't decide so we ordered alot ! We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, the bagels were so soft that they practically melted in you mouth like they had made the bread mins before we walked in, my son's sandwich was on a crossiant I wish I would had gotten a taste but my 8 year old devoured the whole sandwich before I could! We got an order of the French toast with mixed berries, I mean just wow the fruit was fresh and delicious. Yet again the bread was just out of this world. Next the avocado toast...... hands down the best savory salty explosion that I'm afraid I might never order any where else because it will not compare. Then to finish it off a smoothie bowl, it's everything anyone could want and more! I wish we lived closer, but this will definitely be added to our holiday travel every year!

Stopped here for a sandwich for lunch and my gosh was it delicious. I highly recommend the Monte Cristo and my friend got the chicken salad on a fresh croissant. We work at a breakfast place and this place is above and beyond! Kennett Square is lucky to have a place like this. Thank you Tim! ♡

Split a BLT and Caribbean roast pork with a friend some of the freshest ingrediants i have experienced in a long time. The drinks are unique and just as well made. Any smoothie lovers this place has you covered! Staff was friendly. Overall the juice was worth the squeeze!

Four words; bacon, egg AND cheddar. Thank me later.

I forgot to mention they have a great assortment of coffees. Hot and cold. Also, an array of fresh house made juices. My daughter loves the strawberry lemonade.

The caramelized bacon sandwich--wow what a big bite. The chili aioli sneaks in their and provides a balance or flavor. I'd be interested in trying the sandwich on something other than brioche or maybe a lightly toasted brioche.

We tried Mary Pat's this past weekend - the food was delicious (we got a special - BLT) and an iced Chai - it was one of the best Chai teas I've ever had! Also shared a cookie that was magical. Staff was very polite/professional and it was SUPER clean. Highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW. As a strong supporter of independent business and locally sourced ingredients, this gem serves as testament of the difference it makes. The breakfast sandwich was unparalleled to ANY I've ever encountered. The fresh squeezed juices were a real treat and the coffee hit the spot. Kennett is lucky to have this new addition and 10/10 will be returning here regularly

What a great addition to the liberty market in Kennett. They have all the stuff you would expect from a coffee shop. Smoothies, great iced tea, coffee, etc. But what I like is Mary Pat's has some real food. The egg sandwich is fantastic (there are four, I tried the bacon, cheddar on broiche). My wife had the turkey bacon sandwich with avacado, I had a bite and it was outstanding.

There are many great options in the market, but I definitely see myself eating through the menu here.
