August 5th 2022 3:44 Went to Kia of west Chester 326 Westtown rd Jim Sipala

I wasn’t greeted properly like I should have been
I walked to the service desk and asked about my car
The lady was fast talking and seemed irritated she couldn’t find my paperwork
At first she found the paperwork and tried to charge me 300 something for a diagnostic
I was told a diagnostic only cost 179
That’s what I was prepared to pay
She repeated the price several times harshly as I stated I’m only here to pay what the guy on the phone told me
She made a quick call came back and said the price was 179
As I was paying her male co worker approached the counter and took the key and said I can’t have the key until the tow truck arrives after I paid my money
And he said If I didn’t have my car gone by tomorrow he would tow it
I said ok
As I walked thru the door to get to my car I heard the man mumble and I quote ( you won’t have ur way around here monkey boy ) I proceeded to walk away because u didn’t want to make this worst
Service department is terrible disrespectful and downright racist
I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager.
