Truly awesome customer service. They dealt wonderfully with insurance company and car rental company. Explained everything well. Best thins were the text messages every 3 days to keep you appraised of progress. And finished a day earlier then projected date.

This is the second time I've use 3D Collison for my repairs. They worked with my insurance company and kept me updated on the repair process. Customer Service was awesome. The vehicle was completed on schedule.

Couldn't ask for better service. And the result was superb. The paint matches perfectly. You cannot tell there was any damage to begin with. Customer service and communications is top-notch and their pricing is very reasonable for auto bodywork comparatively speaking.

The whole team from start to finish at 3D is top notch, Especially TJ. Everyone there aims to please to make sure they exceed expectations, from the second you drop your vehicle off they take care of you and make you feel like you are their only customer. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle in all departments and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Wouldn’t look anywhere else if you want the best service. Highly recommend.

The work is excellent and the service was great as well. Kept us informed along the way and had the rental coordination easy. Would definitely recommend and we will use again! (Hopefully won’t have to!)

Start to finish 3D Collision in Spring City is the best. I've had to use their services twice and both times the customer service was excellent and the repairs done on time with quality materials. The bonus was the detailing they did on the car (both inside and out). Highly recommend them.

Liberty Insurance sent me to 3D for auto repair. Everything was clearly explained and no holes in our conversation were visible. Overall, repair went extremely well and vehicle looks like new.

This place definitely deserves all 5 stars! I've taken my vehicles here a few times over the years and have been 100% happy every time. Their staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They work directly with my insurance, which is very helpful. And most importantly, the finished product looks amazing. Plus, their detailing of the car inside and out is so thorough I feel like I'm picking up a brand new car!

3D Auto has your back, front and everything in between!! My car a was struck on left side (Auto Insurance claim) more damage was done to the right in transporting my car to the shop (thru my insurance). They helped me thru the process of getting my insurance to cover the cost of additional damages and well as fixed them and the original damages from the accident. Feeling like something wasn’t quite right with my car I called in…. they gave me a rental for the day told me what steps to take next and I kid you not my car even came back much cleaner then it left me. Stop scrolling save yourself some time. They got you covered.

I had a very positive experience here. After I got rear-ended I came here to get a estimate which was very quick. They set me up with a rental from enterprise which was great so I didn’t have to worry about that. I got text updates about the estimated date that the repair would be done. It was done very quickly and Mark was very kind and took the time to explain what was done in the repairs. His customer service was excellent. I was very satisfied with the work done here. We've used 3D several times as they are a Nationwide blue ribbon shop. Every time we have used this shop, our car came back cleaner than when we left it there. Not only do they do a really great job, they detail it for you before they return it.

We've only ever used the Spring City location we're lucky enough to have been in able to be serviced there each time.

Communication was great.

Car got done sooner than the promise date.

Thoroughly pleased with the 3D. From getting the quote for repairs, scheduling repairs, the repair process, and getting my car back- the process was so smooth and easy. The quality of work is amazing! I took my Audi A6 in for some body work after a car backed in to me in a parking lot and it’s like it never even happened now! Great customer service as well. I highly recommend.

3D did a beautiful job at replacing my trucks headliner after it was damaged from an improper windshield install from Safelite. Joe’s customer service is great all around! In both helping me get my truck repaired and reaching out to Safelite multiple times due to issues. Brought car in for a 'small' ding above rear fender. Estimate was quick, insurance contacted, rental car arranged with no issues. The estimate and work was thoroughly explained. 3D sent text updates as well as phone calls to keep me informed of progress. The work was completed to my satisfaction and 3 days ahead of estimate! Would recommend them.

Recently had my SUV serviced by 3D AB & CC and I was EXTREMELY impressed with everything from beginning to end. Professional staff kept me informed about my vehicle on a regular basis. Original delivery date was extended by 2 weeks due to parts being delayed but I was still kept up-to-date. When I picked up my vehicle, I honestly had to ask if it was a new car, it looked remarkably GREAT...inside and out! I would Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an auto body shop!
