Available and all the work was done within 30 minutes. Good group of workers there. Had Bob Ross playing on TV which I appreciated. Comfortable waiting room and bathrooms were CLEAN!

This is the only place I will go to to repair anything on my car. The employees/mechanics are really nice to me, tell me everything I need to know, and do a fantastic job at the repairs. They’ll talk with you, tell you what broke, why it broke, and how it can be repaired. I love going here, shoutout to Bob!

Quick Lane is amazing. I came in for an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. They did not try to sell me any extra services I didn't need. I'm very satisfied -- I will come back here for every single issue or oil change or anything routine.

I have been here multiple times in the past 3-4 years. It is still clean like when they opened. Waiting area has a nice area I’ve been able to “work from home” with my computer or just relax and watch the tv. Prices are reasonable and they explain the services and give accurate quotes for the work.

Great place with a friendly staff and very knowledgeable service recommendations. When something can be done simpler and for less money, that’s how they do it. Highly recommended.

Another trip to Quick Lane and another great experience. Two cars today. State inspection and an oil change for one. Battery for the other. Quick, efficient and fair prices. Never a surprise here.

The customer service and convenience provided by Quick Lane deserve a perfect rating of 10 stars. Initially, I brought my car in due to a cylinder misfire, and Quick Lane's technicians promptly replaced the ignition coil. However, after three days, the misfire issue resurfaced, leading me to return to Quick Lane.

They invested significant labor into diagnosing the problem, and I learned that certain areas of the engine and valves are challenging to access, especially with certain car manufacturers. Thankfully, both Quick Lane and I agreed that involving the manufacturer was necessary, and Quick Lane generously waived the labor charges for the diagnosis.

Chris and Matt were extremely helpful in keeping me updated on the progress, and their trustworthy approach in referring out for complex issues like this ensures that I will return to Quick Lane for future oil changes, inspections, tire issues. THANK YOU!

Matt was AWESOME! The communication was exceptional, the job was done quickly and they were able to price match the tire quote I got from our local dealer. We have only been for a tire repair but we plan on utilizing additional services as needed! Highly recommend!

I brought in 4 aftermarket wheels and 4 new tires (not purchased from them), and they were more than happy to mount and balance them without a hassle. Most shops wont do this because you didn't purchase items from them. Absolutely satisfied with these guys. Above and beyond expectations. Matt, Bob and Kevin... Thank you. I have been going to Quick Lane for oil changes, new tires and other maintenance for the past year. On this occasion I went for an oil change. I have never been as happy as I am now with the service, dependability and pricing that I get from Quick Lane. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they keep you informed of progress, their work is high quality and their pricing is excellent. I highly recommend them!

Needed a new tire due to nail in the side my tire. Losing air fast. They fit me in even though they were closing. Had me in and out in less than 30 min. I’m very appreciative for their effort!!

I ran over a metal object in the road a mile away and was able to pull into Quick Lane Tire just a few minutes before they closed. My tire was completely flat and it would have been a whole ordeal if I couldn’t get help. Thankfully Arthur and the crew ran out with me to help get my car in the garage and get a quality tire replacement immediately. I was back out on the road in 20 minutes and most of the service happened technically after they were closed. I can’t thank this crew enough. They saved my day and hundreds of dollars from towing and rental costs. This is a true example of 5 star service.

Shawn is so great! We have been going here for both cars the last few years or so. He is trustworthy and the crew always do great work in a short period of time. They saved us from almost spending thousands of dollars on work at a different place because they caught the other mechanics mistake!
I’m also impressed with how well he puts up with difficult people! He’s a good guy and my husband and I will continue to recommend Quick Lane in Kennett to everyone.

Always have great service here. Sometimes I wait in the lobby, sometimes I drop the car off and wait at home. Great place to go for oil changes and state inspections! The prices are in line with any other auto shop I have been to. You can watch as the mechanics are working on your car which is a nice feature!

I have brought my car to Quick Lane here in Kennett probably about 5 or 6 times now for different services and the service they provide has been consistent and what seems to be with the upmost integrity. The service manager Matt goes above and beyond in customer service and all the car technicians I've interacted with have been fantastic. Give them a chance and I believe they will not disappoint!

I went in for an oil change today with my 7 year old daughter. Darren at the front desk worked with us. He was extremely friendly. Everyone there seemed very professional. They took my car right back and I was in and out in no time. My daughter didn't even have time to get bored. They even washed my vehicle after. I will definitely be returning.

Matty, Darren, and team are simply amazing! They provide exceptional customer service, are patient, knowledgeable, and really take time to explain what is needed for my cars. They are very honest, too, often letting me know that certain services aren't necessary (even though other shops would jump at the opportunity to charge you more). I trust them with all of my vehicles. Quick Lane of Kennet Square is like the old TV show, Cheers, where "Everyone Knows Your Name" and they treat you like family! Great work Matty and team!
