Great experience. The young man in charge was incredibly helpful despite being very busy. The Worx shoes feel like they were made for my feet! I'll never buy safety shoes online ever again.

I always liked the fit and quality of Irish Setter boots. I spent 45min in the store trying on a number of boots. The salesman Matthew was patient, knowledgeable and presented solutions. The customer service was excellent. Give the store a chance as they carry inventory, work to earn your business and honor veteran discount.

I went in to buy my dad a pair of boots a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. While I did end up making my purchase online to get a certain style, the employee, I believe his name was Tyler? Was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Boots just got to me in perfect condition as well and my dad loved them. Excellent store and staff!!

Great store and products. Got a pair of boots here about five years ago and they are just starting to wear out. If I had waterproofed each year after the first year I'm sure I'd get at least ten years more wear out of them. Tough and durable as hell and I have put some miles on them. While it is a bit on the expensive side you get what you pay for: the best!

Came on a Saturday to grab work boots with a voucher from work. There was a single clerk working who was excellent, got very busy while I was trying on boots but he still managed to help everyone, even a few unruly customers looking for warranty returns.

I found a perfect set of boots (Irish Setter Crosby) that I've fallen in love with, very light and comfortable to walk in. Clerk made sure I got the right size which made all the difference (pointed me towards 9.5 instead f my usual 10)

Haven't been in this store personally, but I delt with Felix over the phone after being referred by a different Redwing location. Great customer support and got a pair of boots shipped out to me that same day.

Had been looking for a specific pair of boots from the Heritage collection. Finally was recommended to come here. They have all of the collection, so I could see and try on exactly what I wanted. The associate who helped me was knowledgeable and also very willing to answer my dumb questions. He was able to show me pairs to show how the leather patinas which helped me decide. He took the time to review care suggestions and share his experience. I was also shown some of the add ons but never felt like I was being pressured into purchasing. I have my eye on another pair of Red Wings. I will definitely come here to get them.

I have a heck of a time finding boots that fit properly. Especially steel toes. I must have tried on 10-12 pair before finding the right boots. The staff here is great and very patient both times I shopped here. The next time I need boots, I will definitely be back.

Red Wing you are lucky to have such great employees. For the first time ever I couldn't walk in and walk out with what I was looking for. I just need a pair of soft toe, waterproof, insulated,9 inch, mens 11, in black. Why don't you want my money anymore?

I am a maintainer with the Triboro Bridge & Tunnel Authority in NYC and only use red wing boots. Had an issue with a boot that caused blisters and foot pain. I happened to be in Exton, Pa and visited the Red Wing store where I met Susan.

Susan is such an asset to your company, with patience and a genuine desire to help me and resolve my issues. We finally found the right pair, while juggling the demands of other customers in the store. Cool, calm, and collected. Got the job done & was pleasant as I tried on multiple pairs. Very impressed how she handled the situation, she made it work and looked for ways to make it work rather then turn me away and glad I walked into the Exton store. Will recommend her and red wing in the future because of it.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. The quality of the boots overall are better than most of the other boot places. These boots take a beating and stay in great condition.
