We purchased a granite countertop from Lowes a year ago. We noticed a crack going through it with no fault of ours as we are only there on weekends. We contacted Lowes and they directed us to the CONSENTINO GROUP who provides this product. Jessica came out and took pics and couldn't believe it herself. After us leaving several messages for Jessica to inquire about our claim, 3 weeks and no response from her, we received an email stating they denied our claim. We spent a few thousand dollars on this and this is how they stand behind this terrible weak product. So please DO NOT BUY A COUNTERTOP FROM LOWES as they use this company's product!
