It's a good place for pet supplies. Staff is friendly. Supplies can be a bit spotty but that seems to be everywhere right now.

Clean and friendly

Tonight is October 6th 2023. Just purchased dog food. Made a few inquirys about a bigger bag which they do not stock. The male who is the manager talked down to and degraded the female employee. When i mentioned something he said whats she going to do about it im the "boss". Id be dead if i talked to my wife like that i said. The manager said im confused. I agreed with him that hes a very confused individual. The then kicked me out of the store. Basically for defending the female employee. I bit my tounge because i had my toddler with me. He was inches from wearing a 25lb bag of food. Im definately calling corperate to get him fired.

We purchased a 31 pound bag of dog food on March 13, 2022. When we opened the bag of food on March 16th, we discovered the food was infested with weevils. In addition, the “Use by” date was Dec 2021 which we hadn’t noticed in the store. We captured some of the weevils in a glass jar to show the store. When we made the store aware of the problem, we encountered a very rude sales person who refused to give us a refund.

Guy named Alex I think was super rude and condescending. First time in this particular Concord and consequently my last. Had to write an email to corporate or whomever. I was beside myself about it.

Judging from other reviews, I'm not the only one who bought an expired product. Bought cat food only to see later that it expired a month ago.

Won't answer the phone...

Man at the front was rude.
