Studio 882 Furniture + Design

My husband and I came into Studio 882 on a whim. We had already selected furniture for our family room from Raymour and Flanagan, but figured we’d do a little “due diligence” before making the actual purchase. As soon as we walked through the doors, we immediately knew that Studio 882 is not your typical furniture retailer: This place is actually a group of designers with a showroom, that happens to sell furniture. We didn’t have an appointment, but we were lucky enough to be greeted right away. However, this wasn’t the typical rush of which salesperson gets to you first - we were given some time to take a stroll around the showroom without the feeling of a hard sell. We started to ask some questions about the where the furniture was made, materials and quality and we knew that this was the place for us. These were questions that could not be answered at R & F.

Our designer, Erika, was very thoughtful and patient with us. What I appreciated in particular was her taking the time to get to know our style (none) and gauge how much of her input we were looking for (a lot!). I’m sure there are a lot of customers that are very particular, but I panicked when I saw all of the fabric options available for our made-to-order sofa. Erika asked thoughtful questions and gave us a few options that we then selected from.

From the time that we ordered until delivery, it was about 12 weeks. This might seem long, but it is totally worth it! Oh, and I have to mention that their white-glove delivery was fantastic! They even made sure the pillows were placed perfectly!

Thank you, Erika and Studio 882 – we are in love with our new furniture and how everything looks in the room! We’ve already decided that we’ll do the in-home consultation when we’re ready to do our living room. We look forward to working with you again!

This was my first experience at Studio882…trust me when I say I will never go anywhere else for furnishings! Nicole and Heidi had selections for me when I arrived, and without this the day would have been so frustrating. Together we finalized furnishings for my kitchen seating, the entire family room and dining area. They worked tirelessly with me, even when I did a complete change with the dining room chairs! As we finished each item, Chad was right there inputting into a laptop so I had a complete invoice…truly amazing! In three hours we had furnished three main areas in my 1st floor renovation, and I had fun doing it!! As I said, Studio 882 is now my “forever” place for furnishings! Truly 5 star!!

Customer service was exceptional! Cassidy met with me several times so that I was able to find the perfect fabric for a chair I ordered. The owner, Chad, personally delivered the chair to our home so that we would have it by a certain date! We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Studio 882.

We did some random shopping for some gym equipment in the morning. Then we headed to Wegmans. So we stopped at Studio 882 to look around. Some really nice furniture in the showroom and some very tempting stuff in the back room. Sadly wouldn’t fit in our 1950’s rancher. But then we talked to Matt. Made an appt. for him to stop by our house. We did some custom cabinetry in the early ’00 aughts and had been through three bedroom sets that never quite worked. Matt came and measured and went. Then we met and his two options were perfect. We chose the first option and then, boom! 5-6 months wait time! Well, white glove delivery, the guys were awesome, patient and extremely meticulous. Our experience with Studio 882 was wonderful and went beyond our expectations. The team of Chad (owner) and Nicole and Matt (designers) was amazing. They heard our ideas, came out to our house to see our space, and then worked with us to put together a final plan. They were very responsive to emails with quick replies as we had multiple questions and ideas outside of the meetings. They made the process enjoyable when we were worried about it being overwhelming. We are looking forward to seeing the final product and working with them on future projects.

This place is top notch, led by its owner Chad. Within minutes after I reached out (after hours) about getting a new chair for my elderly father I received a helpful response. They’ve got an outstanding variety of inventory and, assisted by 2 very capable sales professionals, the selection & purchase process which followed was quick and seamless. Understanding the urgency of my father’s situation, Chad went well beyond the call of duty in delivering the chair directly to the retirement community the next day as promised. Please take my advice - visit them ASAP! You won’t be disappointed.

We have had such a wonderful experience working with Studio 882 and Lee, one of their interior designers. We have purchased everything from full family room and dining room furniture, to rugs, bedding and accessories with Studio. Lee has helped us tremendously in understanding what we were looking for, sourcing different options that would fit our style / home, and presenting us with great options to select from. Their service has been excellent, their prices are competitive, and the quality is what you would expect from fine home furnishings. So glad we visited this store over 3 years ago and have continued to go back over and over.

I had a wonderful experience working with Studio 882 recently. I am remodeling my kitchen and family room and wanted to replace some older style McGuire counter stools with newer McGuire counter stools. I had identified several furniture stores that carried the stools or could get them, and I contacted those stores about pricing, design, availability, and delivery. When I got on the phone with Matt Cote from Studio 882, I was impressed with his responsiveness, knowledge, and customer service orientation.

Over the next several weeks, I emailed Matt with questions, and he got back to me very quickly. He also anticipated what I might need to know, and then provided that information without my having asked. And he sent fabric samples and wood samples to help me with my decision (since looking at color samples on my computer monitor was not very helpful).

With supply chain issues in mind, Matt estimated roughly 15 weeks for delivery after the order was placed. I was delighted when he notified me this morning that the stools have shipped -- in less than HALF the time we originally expected.

So, it was a great experience all around. And, in addition to being knowledgeable and responsive and great at customer service, Matt is just fun to work with!

Working with owner Chad and Jennifer was an absolute pleasure end to end! Special shout-out to Jennifer who was the utmost professional and excellent communicator, and treated me as a valued client, not just another customer or number. I found Studio 882 simply searching on the web for new furnishing and in the end have a lovely custom, American-made piece of furniture that I will cherish for many years to come. I came into Studio 882 after being disappointed in the quality of the furniture I saw at various national furniture retailers like Crate and Barrel and RH. I was blown away by the difference in quality immediately - the Studio 882 showroom is gorgeous. Nicole worked with me to design the layout for my living room and kitchen. She was amazing to work with and I loved all of her suggestions on space planning that would work well with my kids and pets too. I tend to go really boring and monochromatic. She helped me pick fabrics that all worked together and made the room much more interesting. I would have never put together the different fabrics myself but yet it still feels very much like me! She’s incredible. Our sectional, chairs, leather ottoman and coffee table arrived this week and I wish I have taken before and after pictures. No one wants to leave the living room! Thanks Nicole and Studio 882 for transforming my space. I’ll be back to do my dining room soon!

I found Studio 882 by searching for high end furniture on Google. I was immediately impressed by their competitive prices and floored by their superior customer service. I started with just s few pieces and ended up decorating my entire house with Katie. She has an incredible eye and is a pleasure to work with. She really listens and helps to make your home look and feel like you (not some decorators vision). I get tons of compliments on my home and I know that even though I bought relatively expensive furnishings, I dramatically saved on design and decorator fees. Furthermore, shopping at Studio 882 was fun and completely not a pretentious experience- I highly recommend this store. I am very grateful to have found Chad and Katie. They are the real deal

After the complete remodel of my home, I wanted to find a furniture store that I could have an on going relationship with, I found that at Studio 882. We have purchased many beautiful pieces from there and plan to buy more. Katie and Christina have done a lot of researching for me to find the perfect pieces and accessories, and continue to do so. Chad is always fun and upbeat and even with the most minor of issues he is on it right away, and makes sure it is fixed immediately. Customer service at 882 is some of the best I have ever received. Highly recommend this furniture store.

Great selection across the price range and very helpful interior design experts to help with every step of the process. We furnished our house with everything from sofas to lights here. Delivery was timely and professionally handled. I would recommend Studio 882 to a friend.

They also did not disappear after the sale - when I had an issue with a light fixture they worked with the manufacturer to get me a quick replacement.

I'm an interior designer on the Main Line and have worked with Studio 882 for the past year and a half to source furniture, lighting, decor, and accessories for my clients. Studio 882 is such as wonderful resource for designers and the general public. For designers we're able to find the best brands (they have so many!) with excellent prices and delivery options. Probably my favorite part is the service-- they handle everything so I can just focus on my creative work.
