Came here for restaurant week — such an awesome deal. I really enjoyed my Mule, the Sriracha wings, ribs, corn bread, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes! The brisket wasn’t my favorite, something about the texture. Otherwise, really great vibes and service.

Great large bar, open garage door to outside for nice weather, great beer selection, food menu is good variety. Hard to beat this atmosphere for quality beer in downtown West Chester.

Great tasting beer. Cool atmosphere. Huge bar. Friendly bartenders. Serving sizes are big enough to split. Get the wings!!

I ordered the BBQ combo. Everything was beyond expectations. The staff was very friendly, and service was very good. Nice atmosphere, it was a nice night weather wise, and they had a big garage door open, so that was nice. Beers are good. The brisket was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend that. Overall a very pleasant experience with friendly service and great food.

Our first time at the Sterling Pig Public House... And not the last! The place is spotless, with a great atmosphere and decor. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Timely service with a smile. Now, the beers... OMG.. A symphony of flavors, aromas, a whole range of emotions.. paired with a BBQ combo - all meats were so tender and flavorful, perfectly seasoned and smoked-cooked in house- and a smoked Reuben... Heaven with the home-made sauces.. A new gem!

Sterling Pig is one of our favorite places in West Chester. Between
the excellent beer, amazing food, and welcoming staff, Sterling Pig
has quickly become one of our go-to spots in the borough. Thanks to
these qualities, we actually held our baby shower at the location and
it was a huge success. The manager, Jerome, was an absolute delight to
work with. He worked within our budget and was friendly,
accommodating, and flexible with our requests. On the day of the
event, we were given plenty of time to set up and decorate, and the
staff was extremely helpful throughout. We received rave reviews from
friends and family about the food and service, and many said that they
would be back again. Because of all of this, we could not recommend
Sterling Pig Public House in West Chester enough!

Great spot to watch a game or just have a nice meal. The staff is great and very friendly. The food is also great! Portions are generous and they have a decent selection on their menu.

We always enjoy eating here when we visit our daughter at college. The smoked wings are the best!!! Pulled pork & brisket is delicious along with the beer & flavored seltzer. We’ve never had a bad meal.

Great service wait staff is friendly and pretty quick in getting you seated and taking your order. I had french fries and beer there while I waited for my bus. They do have outdoor seating which is great cause they seemed to be pretty packed on the weekend. Atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. I will definitely pay another visit there on my next trip..😀

It was a nice day, so we had a table outside. Our server, Parker, was amazing. She knew the beers & food well and directed us to a wonderful beer, Orange Street Wheat, which was perfect for the spring day. The Buttermilk Spicy Chicken Sandwich was scrumptious. Fries were outstanding.

If you are in West Chester - it is a nice find. They even put out water bowls for passing and visiting dogs (you can dine out with your favorite pup, next time we will bring ours).

Great local place for some good food. Tawny was our server. She was very friendly and accommodating. We got samples of several different beers before deciding on the State Street Stout. We also ordered the Texas Taquitos made with brisket. Ate them too fast to get a picture!

WOW, amazing BBQ! Just ordered takeout pulled pork entree and backyard chicken entree, each comes with 2 sides. I’m a tough critic because my family is from the south. Sterling Pig really knows what they’re doing. Our order came with 4 sauce options and it was super quick delivery. Will for sure recommend to friends and neighbors!

Wings were excellent. My wife loves the snuffler IPA. It's definitely busy being so close to the opening but there's lots of tables and we were seated immediately. The brisket sandwich was very good and they give you some bbq sauces to go with your meal. Slightly on the expensive side but worth the price I think. We'll be coming back again soon.

Delicious! I'm normally not a big BBQ person but everything I've tried has been fantastic. Equally their beers are all pretty good and they have enough variety to suit all taste, not just the craft beer drinker. It gets really crowded here but the service is very fast so your not usually waiting long

Lots of IPA to choose from! Open air to the main Street. Great little spot. Nachos were awesome!

Grabbed a quick happy hour meal, and got a beer, glass of wine, taquitos, and nachos for just $23. Everything was outstanding except the taquitos were overcooked, but service was extremely friendly and attentive, and it's a nice atmosphere inside. Definitely will come back.

Fantastic food, even greater beer. Love the original location in Media but the West Chester spot is more convenient. Been here a handful of times since they have opened already. Their brisket is on point, and their sauce variety is delightful.

I'm not much for the bar scene, but this place was unusually on the more calm side of the typical bar rowdiness. My guy loved its spaciousness leaving him room to spread out his long arms and legs. He relaxed easily with his first nicely chilled glass of beer. Even though he scoffed at my choice of desserts, I loved the warmth of the bite size fried donuts with caramel sauce.

Great staff, clean seating and food that’s over the top in quality. Not terribly crowded during week and warmer weather allows outside seating. Kids food really good as well and portions for adults and kids above average. I don’t drink but seemed like a great beer variety on menu.
