Power outage. My generator ran for about 14 hours. Power came back with a surge and after 10 minutes it went out again. This time generator did not run. When I checked the generator had a green light letting me know it should be ok. I put it on manual and it ran just fine.
However my wife is on oxygen and when I took it off of manual to automatic it would shut down. I called Rich and he came out within 15 minutes. He ccx diagnosed generator was ok but problem with power. He found the problem with two chips in the power box in the house having moved due to vibrations just enough they were not making contact. He replaced the chips and everything worked well again. He accomplished this within 20 minutes and all was well again. Rich is reliable and knows his trade very well!
