What can I say but exceptional service. John and the crew are very knowledgeable with many years experience. Better quality of brand items and cheaper also. One thing for sure they are NOT out here to rip off the consumer, i go there for all my vehicle needs Great job guys.

best customer service ive seen in any auto parts store. Anyone who works here knows what they are talking about. They attempt to help you over the phone any way possible. All the locals definitely know this is the place if you want something done right the 1st time. Dont waste your time with other chain type auto parts stores.

These people know cars! They don't carry the junk parts that people come back to complain about. DON'T go to the pimple faced chain places! I trust J&D to get me the right part and it will last.
