Anthony and helper were very punctual, arrived at 7:30 as promised. Installed 4 light fixtures and whole house surge protector. Very considerate of surroundings in the house, guarded against mishaps and were very tidy. His assistant was having his first day on the job, just graduated from tech school. They work well together and I was glad to see Anthony was being patient and instructive with him. We need young people being encouraged to enter the trades for people like me that can't put a nut on a bolt! They were done by noon. When next electrical issue arises I will call New London Electric. Paul did a great job installing our EV charger in our garage. He was on time, has a good personality, did quality work at a fair price. Would definitely recommend New London Electric.

We smelled smoke, and found an outlet starting to burn. Tony came out to handle the emergency for us, and we are so thankful. He did a great job, and made solid recommendations for fixing some other electrical problems we've been having. Looking forward to having him out again. Thanks Tony!

Anthony was wonderful to work with. He was eager to ensure that our areas of concern were dealt with in a professional and knowledgeable manner. He clearly explained options, recommendations and associated cost before undertaking each task, changing and upgrading problematic receptacles. Coincidentally we were also having a new dishwasher installed and Anthony remained to ensure the outlet connection was up to code. Something we had not considered. It was not and he quickly made the necessary adjustments saving us from having the instillation rescheduled at additional costs. We will happily share our extremely positive experience with New London and Anthony with our friends and neighbors.

Paul was an amazing craftsman and had a keen eye for attention to detail. He accomplished our entire project in one day and thoroughly explained the work that he had done & made sure we understood
how to operate our new electrical devise with a trial run. I would recommend New London Electric & Paul for all your electrical needs.

Tony & Dylan are the best, & because of them and the work they did in our home, we will keep coming back to New London Electric. Not only are they incredibly nice people, but it can be really hard to find good, honest electricians- which they are - and the quality of work was top notch. Tony even went the extra mile by explaining certain things and problem-solving when something unexpected came up. We highly recommend them!

New London Electric rates another 5 Stars for the work they did for me today. They have done a number of jobs for me and each time it has been 5 Stars. The excellent team they sent today, Keith, Matt and Drew, was easy to work with. We had an extensive punch list of issues to address and they worked through the list, asking for input when needed, offering advice and solutions when an issue came up (as they often do with electrical items).
At the end of the day, I had the fixtures and electrical switches installed and working well. What more can one want. Oh, and they cleaned up after doing all the work. These are the reasons they deserve a 5 Star rating.

I highly recommend New London Electric. Anthony arrived on time and prepared. He reviewed the scope of the work and discussed the job with us prior to starting. He was very conscientious of the work we were going to do on our own after the electric was completed. Anthony made sure the drywall steps we planned after were neat and prepared for an easy and successful job. He worked on the job with the same care he would his own home. After the job was completed Anthony went over everything he completed and made sure we registered the warranty for the surge protector. Again I would highly recommend New London Electric and Anthony.

Of course this Team is 5-Stars! I'll note here that the electrician Paul is a member of my church, so I may be biased. I am a retired Disabled American Veteran and Paul and Dylan came to work on my home. My lights and power was spiking due to excessive corrosion from water infiltration into my Service Panel. I needed an entire new 100 AMP service.
Well, these guys, this Team and New London Electric took care of this Veteran and did an awesome job! The service is sealed from future water penetration. The system is working well and I really needed this work. Thank you NLE and especially you Paul for your willingness to work on a Saturday to get this fine job done. God Bless you all.

New London Electric supplied a reasonable quote for the work I needed done. Paul and Dylan were awesome! I was working from home and they limited interruptions to my work as much as they could. As soon as I met Anthony, I knew instinctively that he was a true professional. And his work proves it. His work ethic is amazing. I recommend him highly and will ask for him again! Anthony Conway was great! He was on time, friendly, and did a great job installing my EV charger and a whole house surge protector. He was super patient when I couldn't t the App on my phone to connect to the charger and he was able to figure it out. Will definitely call them back with any future electrical needs

Called New London Electric to do three jobs at the house. Anthony and Dylan arrived promptly and were able to troubleshoot some challenging asks. Specifically, they hung a chandelier we had purchased in Turkey, rewired a few switches, and swapped in a new transformer for our Ring doorbell. They did a great job, were very professional and polite, and I would definitely recommend the company to others.

The breaker for our stove kept tripping. Tony came out to trouble shoot and found that one wire connected at the breaker was loose causing the wire to heat up and the breaker to trip. He checked the breaker and found it was also bad due to the loose wire. He replaced the breaker and also installed a whole house surge protector. The cost was reasonable for both.

Tony was very friendly and experienced. I would recommend both Tony and New London Electric for any of your electrical needs.

Anthony did a great job today in connecting our new heat pump pool heater. Very efficient and excellent work. Also rerouted and zip tied the control module wire so I would not hit it with the string trimmer.

Our technician Anthony was courteous, professional, and friendly. He answered all questions relating to the services we requested, and even provided recommendations for good fishing spots and equipment for our kids! Overall excellent job. Ty Anthony and New London Electric!
