The nicest people and the best product selection! Cannot say enough about the variety and availability of products, but the people here really do it for me. Stopped in one night after getting a low tire pressure warning, got a manual gauge. Checking my tires in the parking lot and an employee stopped what he was doing to make sure I was okay or if I needed help getting a spare on. Luckily didn’t need any help, but what an amazing team they have here!

We stopped on our way to our reservation at Longwood Gardens today. This was the most unexpected and amazing spot to experience the epitome of Christmas spirit! Every single employee was cheerful and offered to help. It was a happy and fun atmosphere and felt like we were shopping at the North Pole. ❤

Stopped in to get a few items today and every single employee immediately asked if they could help me find something. Very impressed by this. They even had s'mores outside for the kids.

This place is the best. Always greet you and eager to help. Even if they don’t have what you are looking for (which is rare) they will recommend where else you can go that might have it. Even if I didn’t live nearby, I would go out of my way to go here.

Staff couldn't be more helpful. Shopping ten minutes to close and didn't get rushed out the door. Had exactly what I needed for my horse at same price as online but no waiting.

I been wanting to go here for ages, now I have I wish I'd been earlier. Love the place , just what I imagined and the staff are so helpful, the store is so clean and well stocked, I'll be going again and when the weather allows I'll be going on my harley just for the trip.

Always enjoy this place. Prices are a bit high but it's all quality brands and unique things so it makes sense. Staff is always pleasant and helpful! I like the events they do also like the recent cookout for CHOP. The kids got to tour a fire truck!

Ed was extremely helpful with my purchase of a Big Green Egg. When I thought I was missing the hardware for my setup, he drove to my house on a Sunday morning (on his day off) and assembled my grill. Saved me hours. Customer service like this is very hard to find. Thanks Ed!!

Great family run business. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. I enjoy the rewards I get for purchasing there. I buy my dog food there, bird food there, garden supplies and salt for my water softener.

A real hardware store with knowledgeable employees. They have stuff you can't just go to Home Depot for. Also they sell Benjamin Moore paint, which I really like to use as a professional painter.

I am thoroughly impressed by the selection of soils and plant nutrients. Deb was incredibly knowledgeable and everyone up to the cashier was amazingly helpful and friendly! I will never go back to the big box hardware stores! Thank you for existing!

The people at the store are absolutely phenomenal! I text Lauren my livestock order and I’m paid and ready to go when I pull into the barn. The extra drive for me is so worth it! Ed is always there with a cheerful attitude and warm welcome! I cannot say enough good about how everyone at this store treats their customers! Love them all and love this place!!!

I loved this store. The employees seemed to really want to work there. Large aisles well stocked and great Christmas section. Good holiday music, too. Update: second visit, my husband and I happened to be passing by this store and went in...greeted by 2 of the nicest people. We both bought things and were asked if we needed any help. Honestly, this store makes you feel like you're family.

Great service! I recently ordered a wagon online to be delivered to my elderly mother's house. They were diligent with making sure she would be home when they dropped it off (which was great because she lives in a complex and we didn't want it just left in the parking lot). Alex gave us a call before he left the store to double check she would be home. They also (at no extra charge) assembled the wagon, which was excellent. I wasn't sure when I would be able to get over there to do it for her. Great place to shop!
