Mat Pater is an absolute amazing person to work with. My family and I have dealt with Mat the past several years for our storage needs. I can't say enough about him and the service he provided. Matt is wonderful. He is everything you hope for in a manager from a customer’s perspective. Throughout starting a business and a family I’ve encountered financial struggles and they were understanding and helpful within reason. When we moved back from out of state, Matt gave us a promotional rate on a second unit. He was also very kind to my wife when she came in with a payment in person. Another time I was frustrated with a fee and Matt went the extra mile to appease my frustration. That is great customer service. Unlike other places we have rented from, their facilities are great and are the sizes they advertise. Everything is very accessible and the larger outdoor units even have individual, in-unit automatic lighting. Can’t recommend enough!

My experience here was excellent! From the first phone call, they were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The building and storage unit were impeccably clean and the aisles were big enough to maneuver large furniture. They helped make a stressful move less daunting. I highly recommend them!

Matt, Property Manager @ Guardian Natrona Heights Ridge Road Storage Facility, went above & beyond to ensure a smooth moving transition and was very personable & accommodating!

This is a very challenging period given the passing of my Mother a short time ago & now dealing with the preparations for the soon-to-be Closing of her home.

It was great to find this Guardian facility so close to my house, and it is very clean, organized with good hours and reasonable pricing!

Very large and clean facility. We needed an extra unit while the movers were unloading because one unit was not enough. Office helped us get another unit quickly and close by our original unit. You can also buy moving supplies at the office w/o paying hiked up prices. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Very pleased overall.

Needed a storage unit and while comparing prices Guardian had the best rates and they also include a free truck rental to put your stuff into the unit.

Very pleased with Guardian Storage , the use of their box truck was not utilized, but was a wonderful addition.
I had no issues, the entire area was clean, safe and secure!

Management is straightforward and awesome. The facilities are very clean and secure. The storage units are large enough to accommodate just about anything so two units are never needed unless you're packing in a mansion! Way better than the other storage facilities in the area. I'll never go anywhere else.

This is the nicest indoor storage facility I have ever used, by far... Clean, cool, plenty of carts to use, vehicle pull-up zones for easy storage unit access/load/unload... Mat, the property manager, is kind and personable.

Great Customer service. I had my unit a little over a year & I no complaints ! I rented the moving truck for free when moving in & while moving out it was only $20 ! Great prices & even friendlier staff ! Thanks guys
