Cass Chies is the Broker and Owner of Diamond 1st Real Estate. She represented the seller in a purchase I made two years ago. I chose not to be represented by a realtor. Cass handled the transaction, including all the inspections and work on the septic system. She is an outstanding professional.

I reside in Virginia. Following the purchase she helped me obtain a lease for the property. She also connected me with contractors in the area to maintain and make improvements to the property. She recommends great restaurants and points of interest known only to locals. When I ask her for help, Cass gets it done.
