Great service. Very low keyed sales, and helpful.

I was most impressed with Chris at Verizon. He was most helpful in helping update my account & providing information on getting my husband's phone repaired (battery had expanded due to age & popped open the side of the phone). I've been to other Verizon stores in the past, but this one provided the very best customer service.

I stopped in to buy my mother a new phone today. She's had her current phone for the past 7 years. We arrived around 10:18 AM, I believe there were 5-8 customers in front of us.

A fine gentleman by the name of "Christopher E" answered all of our questions quickly and skillfully. He even informed us of a few details regarding other devices in us on our plan that we weren't aware of. He made sure to double check and find an otterbox case, screen protector and car charger for this new phone. That way we won't have to make any other stops or wait on shipping times for these items.

We wrapped up the transaction and were out the door around 11:40AM. Total time spent in the store was about an hour and a half despite stopping in shortly after the store opened. The length of this visit was due to what I imagine is a holiday rush on a weekend. Despite the large amount of customers I'd say the staff did their absolute finest to provide excellent customer service to each individual in the order they came.

I was looking to upgrade my device and also get a smart watch. I had an appointment for 3 and was taken it around 3:07.. not bad!! Kathy was more than helpful and answered all of my questions I had. She also helped me get the best deal and walked me through my options and steps that were needed to be taken! Thank you so much for all of your help, Kathy!!

Bryant did an exceptional job with porting over our family’s numbers from AT&T and upgrading some existing phones. He was thorough and very professional. We came in for Christmas gifts which you can imagine how chaotic it was as well as the new iPhone 13 being in high demand. He was able to get us the best deal for our situation and shipped our phones as quickly as possible. He followed through with everything he said he would do and even text me after the fact to make sure we got the numbers ported over. Excellent customer service. Thanks again Bryant for going above and beyond!

Good company. This is a corporate store so they can take care of everything. One thing I have discovered is that you should never buy from a, Verizon franchise. Stick with corporate. If you don't warranties and insurance may not carry over. Corporate stores have what you want or can get it sent to you or ordered in to the store. They have improved customer service and normally your wait is smaller. It one time it was bad

I went here yesterday angry after a less than spectacular and extremely frustrating experience with Verizon and Asurion phone customer service. The associate who helped me was extremely polite and helpful even though I was obviously agitated and probably rude. I spent less time in the store than I already had on the phone and he and his manager solved my problem right away. I definitely have to give 5 stars.

My wife's 5S quit, stopped in to see what we could do. Instead of wanting to sell us a new phone, they told us to take it home and see if we could reboot the phone on I tunes. Well, this didn't work so went back in to get a new phone. My honey wanted a IPhone 7Plus and this is where Craig Gillis stepped in, he reviewed my old plan we have had for years, came out with a new plan, new phone with insurance, case and presented it to us. We had an old 3 gig plan, he upped it to 8 gigs, added the new phone insurance plan, and our bill only increased by roughly 9 dollars a month! I sat there dumb-founded! Just blown away by the help and kindness of the staff. A BIG thank you to Craig Gillis for coming thru for us!!!!!

This was one of the finest experiences I've had at a Verizon store. Work with a gentleman named Craig who had all the right answers and steered me right back into happiness. Happy to be a Verizon Wireless customer again.

I stopped for a problem with my phone. The staff diagnosed and solved the problem almost immediately. I was on my way in around 15 -20 minutes.

Stop Saturday too get a new phone and russ was awesome... He got me up and running with a new phone ... Great service

They are always there to help with my Verizon phone needs. Friendly staff. They give me all the time I need. I never feel rushed.
