Janice at Home Lighting of Frazer has been a wonderful help in choosing lighting for my home. We started with a rusty brass light that was from the previous owner and then in photo 2 see what Janice recommended based on what I liked. Bringing photos of my house helped a lot but she also let me take the light home to hold it up and make sure I liked it (Yes she took it off the wall for me!). Then when we did a big house project this year I needed a light that hung from the ceiling of our new portico. This would have been terribly expensive since prices went up a lot for solid lights. She took one look and said we can just adjust the way the cording goes and remove a portion. The price was miniscule compared to what we would have otherwise paid for new and we had exactly what we wanted and needed! She is amazing! Good creative eye and great to work with.

Janice at Home Lighting was very knowledgeable and helpful. She promptly greeted us when we entered the store and was very friendly. She asked us questions to get to know our space and the type of lighting we were looking for. She then walked us around the store to show us some options, and helped us to order what we’d like. She provided her opinions on style, size, and features which we found very helpful. Highly recommend going here!

This store is amazing! I have been here multiple times and each time have had exceptional service. They let you take your time and look through the whole store. They are there to help with style choice also! If you are in need of lighting this is your spot!

Could NOT be happier with the service and selection that Frazer offers. From the moment I walked in the door, Janice made me feel very comfortable. I was in search of a classic crystal chandelier and they had many to see right in the store. Janice LISTENED to me and guided me in the right direction. The result...my total kitchen rehab in my center city Philadelphia home is stunning! I was very impressed with the number of lights they had in the actual store as well as their pricing...very competitive! I will never go anywhere else for lighting:)

If you are looking for lighting stop in and see Janice - not only does she have a great eye if you bring pictures of your space, but her customer service is excellent. She helped us on multiple projects in our home. When we had a manucaturer issue with a fan she helped us resolve it quickly and easily. Has a huge selection. Worked within our budget. You won’t find a better place for lighting! Not only is their selection quite extensive, their customer service is incredible! The family that owns and runs this store is extremely kind! Don’t bother looking anywhere else, this place has everything you need! Highly recommend!

We've been shopping at Home Lighting for at least 15yrs and Janice has been our "go to" person everytime. Their pricing is more then reasonable and their sevice is top notch. Janice and Peter, along with their staff have never failed to be friendly and helpful, no matter if we're just buying a small item or a big item. They never try to do a "hard sell" so it's easy if you're just browsing. I always recommend Home Lighting to anyone who asks.

I ordered some new lighting fixtures. They said there was a delay because of the supply chain problems and they would call me when they arrived. Did not want a deposit. Got the call two weeks later and they arranged an electrician to install them at a reasonable rate. Very pleased with the way they do business.

Hands down the best lighting store I've been too... quality, price, and SELECTION, aside, the owner has a gift for placing the perfect light based on room description. She nails it perfectly, everytime. And it's family owned. It's the only lighting store ill go to for my house and investment properties

Just bought my first light here and I could not be more pleased! The selection is outstanding, the customer service is amazing, and prices are very fair! They go above and beyond helping you choose, especially when you're not sure what it is you're looking for. Not sure if it would look right in your room? They will let you take it home and see it there! Janice was so very patient, kind and knowledgeable,she definitely knows her stuff.Highly recommend! It takes me over an hour to get there, but I won't buy lights anywhere else now!

If you want to see your beautiful chandelier, wall sconces, pendants, ceiling fans in every other house in the neighborhood, then shop at Lowe's, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon. If you want a beautiful incredible Unique Artistic lighting or ceiling fans that nobody will have but you... go to Home Lighting Frazier. This store is owner operated, they have a depth of knowledge about lighting you will not find in any other store. You will not find their merchandise in your neighbor's house you'll be the only one who has it. A couple of items I did search for on line for competitive pricing and found that home lighting beat their prices too, on my wall fan and my LED lighting.
Could not be happier with the merchandise and the service. Their unique inventory will make you dizzy... I kind of wish everybody would buy up half the items in the store so we have a chance to look at the other half of the items that are still in there. My friends and I have been customers in this store for 30 years at least. So many of us with homes bought and sold, and summer homes etc. and we've never run out of ideas or great merchandise to make our places stand out. That is only possible in a store like this.... LOL, no I did not get paid to write this review. We just love these people and they're exquisite taste for design.

2nd Review!

I returned to Frazer Lighting to order outside lighting for my new beach property. As always, Janice guided me through the process. There is so much to think about when ordering outside lighting and Janice thought of it all for me. I recently chose some beautiful Hinkley lighting and can't wait to have it installed. Will post some pics once it is complete. In the meantime, I can't say enough about the selection but more importantly the EXCELLENT customer service.

This is the best place ever to shop for lighting! We had a great experience. My husband and I love our kitchen island chandelier. The owners were very helpful and accommodating to make sure that the entire fixture including the globes matched our existing light fixtures. Trust their judgement and experience and you are bound to be satisfied.

I have no interest in shopping for lighting anywhere else, for the following reasons (in no particular order):

1. Home Lighting has better prices than Home Depot, Amazon, or anything I can find online.
2. Home Lighting has awesome selection. If you're bored by what you see at Home Depot, this is the place for you.
3. Janice is great. She works very hard to understand your tastes and budget, then helps you find fixtures that suit both. She's incredibly knowledgeable, both of her stock and supply, and of the wiring, etc required for the fixture.
4. Customer service is awesome. Install it, then decide you don't like it? Fine, bring it back and find something else. Want to see what it looks like in your home? Borrow a fixture for a few days and have a look.

I cannot recommend this place enough.

Excellent!! Fantastic customer service! Very knowledgeable! Huge selection! If they don't have it, they will find it! Prompt shipping to your home or the store! Janice is wonderful!! She is extremely friendly and helpful and will listen to your design needs. If you aren't sure of a product, borrow it for a few days to see if it fits in your home. If not, you can bring it back. Very reasonable prices! Skip the big box stores - Home Lighting is the place to go!! I would definitely recommend Home Lighting to everyone!!!
