Redmond's Complete Comfort

I first met Brian and Tera Redmond at a Christian Camp where they volunteered for a week earlier this year. I was able to meet 2 of their children who volunteered multiple weeks as well. Words cannot fully describe their heart and passion to honor God in all they do - Great family!
The knowledgeable, courteous and professional service techs that I have met in dealing with RCC (like Justin & Ben) speak well of the company!
Also, a big shout out to the gracious scheduler (Joshua) that helped me get set up for our new home in Blanchard. He spoke kindly, asked questions and followed-up in such a way that I never felt like I was just a customer assigned a number, but instead, a valued person.
The Redmond family is top notch in more ways than one. They have always come through for me.

Ben did a great job servicing my mini-split units. Nice work. Good attitutude toward the work. Entertained my questions and was personable. Busy, but not in a hurry to be onto the next job.

We have used Redmonds for a few years now for maintenance on our old Raheem system. From day one in the summer of 2018 when our heat pump malfunctioned, they were prompt and professional in fixing our issue.

Fast forward to December 2023, we called for a quote for a new system. Brad came out and gave us a quote within a half hour. He has maintained contact with us all the way through this process, and has absolutely gone above and beyond what you would expect from a contractor. He even drove in adverse weather conditions to prevent us from having to.

Brian and Brad were great to work with. Our old furnace had been condemned due to the hole in the heat exchanger. They responded quickly to do an estimate the same day and get us heat within a week.
