Our Generac generator was not automatically going on. While not an emergency, it needed servicing. Within 2 days, a service person came out, found a couple issues, including a hornets nest inside the generator, and everything is working well again. Highly recommend!

They installed my generator 6 years ago and have been servicing it every year. Not one problem with it! Very easy to deal with.

These guys are really great! We needed our generator relocated to meet local code requirements, as well as the generator's transfer switch. We had a tight timeline in order to settle the sale of our home by a specific date. They knocked both projects out and the quality of their work is top notch. Very nice guys as well - can't recommend them enough. We'll definitely be using Jamac again in the future.

I called them for the first time when our Generac Generator failed during a storm when we lost our power. After calling 5 other service companies that said they were too busy to help me. The owner actually stopped what he was doing to spend 15 minutes to help me analyze the problem and get my generator working again. Oh, by the way, at no charge. Needless to say I called them back to service my generator a few weeks later and they showed up the for the exact time and day they were scheduled. I learned then why they are so good. This is a family business that cares about their customers and their name. God Bless America! There are still family businesses that are thriving! I will never use anyone else. That's my promise.

Following a recommendation from a satisfied customer, I contacted JAMAC regarding installation of a whole-house automatic standby generator. The response to my initial inquiry was very fast and incredibly helpful. The information I was given was comprehensive, and covered all aspects of installation, including options and pricing for Generac equipment that would meet our needs, code requirements for installation, gas plumbing requirements and timelines for the various aspects of ordering and installation. We had a site visit within a few days, and a signed contract shortly thereafter. The COVID-19 pandemic caused some delays in delivery of the generator pad, but JAMAC kept us fully informed of the status of our installation. As soon as the pad was delivered, installation proceeded with minimal delay. Installation was completed in a day, and included removal of a sub-panel used for a prior generator. JAMAC is a family business, locally-based, and could not have given us friendlier. better informed or more professional service. Their customer service was exemplary and their pricing extremely reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

They caused a natural gas leak when installing a generator, caused my mother and me to get carbon monoxide poisoning, and lied the entire time about their role in the leak.
If by some chance you decide to use JAMAC anyway, be sure to get a natural gas and carbon monoxide detector first. Available at Amazon.

They caused me 3 months of insufferable vertigo and headaches, and left an ugly 9 x 12 inch in our bedroom wall.
