So nice to have a great bike shop near me. The owner knows his business. I understand that as a small shop he needs to stay open and practice COVIC-19 safety rules at the same time. Very stressful situation. He is equally at risk. I was helped quickly, made my purchase and left. I'd say for now, know before you go for a quick purchase. For big stuff, call ahead. :)

Needed a new bike saddle to replace a 25 yo one. Very helpful and non-pushy as to what type to get. Fantastic COVID-19 procedures, extremely safe business to go to. Will definitely be back in fall when Cruiser stock picks back up.

I was looking for a 2015 Specialized Sirrus Sport and spoke to Bryce, very nice and helpful fellow who told me they did have one. Next day I went into the shop and was shown the bike by Perry, again a very nice and knowledgeable guy. Got the bike and was very pleased with the staff at the store.

Stopped in to purchase a few parts for may reissue SE 24” Floval Flyer BMX bike and a 1998 Specialized Rockhopper Mountain bike. Everything I needed was in stock (brake cable, tuff wheel brake pads, and platform pedals). I have not been in there for many years, and it is nice to actual have a brick-and-mortar bike store to shop. Especially, a small business owned store. Excellent COVID-19 procedures and extremely safe business to shop.

Great local shop that handles all work on my expensive Bianchi. I nuked the rear Campy Zonda wheel. Bill went above and beyond to help me get it rebuilt. To the other posters complaining about sales pitches. Well, it is a business and most businesses try to make money last time I checked.

Excellent service. Took a ride from Suffolk County on Long Island, for a bike no one else had. The gentleman in the shop put the bike on hold. We got to the shop and had the sale done in under 20 minutes

I went in needing some riding gloves. I am new to road bikes and my hands and wrists have been hurting and going numb during the rides. I had a lot of questions to which both the older and younger gentlemen answered. As I walked out to my car thinking I had all my questions answered, the older gentlemen came out and gave me a few more suggestions on bike set up, posture etc. We spoke for a few more mins. They were extremely helpful and I was very appreciative. Now i hope i can comfortable on this bike and keep riding..

Great local shop. These guys got me the parts I needed to repair my dropper post, saved me a couple bucks in shipping and lent me a temp post so I could keep riding. Really appreciate the excellent service.

Great service , its nice that they have just about every part available for my older bikes . The older guy there is very nice and has a lot of knowledge and experience and patience's .

Great service at a great price. If you need a bike or accessories this is the place to go. During the pandemic they are taking extra measures to ensure the health of their customers and staff

Came all the way from nyc to pick up my giant stance and they where quick and super helpfull, they guy was more than happy to give me some tips and advice about my bike.

Very nice experience buying a bike for my daughter. Everyone was very helpful explaining all the different options and how to care for the bike.

Guy worked on my Frankenstein pos with me for half an hour trying anything and everything to find a solution to my problem. These guys are committed!

Great store, just wish open later but the only place I go.

Perry treated me great and helped me out in a jam.

I've been biking with these folks for over 20 years, have not been disappointed yet.
