We had topsoil delivered by McKeon Landscape Supply, They were very professional and delivery was quick. Best prices in Bucks county. Can wait to do Business with them again for next project!

Out of three companies, they gave me the best quote on delivered rock and mulch. The delivery was completed the next day with what looked like more than I ordered and definitely not less. Great experience all around!

What a great experience. Prices were excellent along with very friendly and professional customer service. Mulch was beautiful not gross and they definitely did not skimp on the amount of mulch. I would recommend Mckeon Landscape Supply to anyone and everyone.

Helpful and strait forward

I DO NOT recommend McKeon Landscape Supply for several reasons however the main reason is due to EXTREMELY POOR screened top soil quality.

I contacted Kevin McKeon on 4/5/23 and arranged for 5 yards of screened topsoil to be delivered on 4/12/23. Kevin advised he would call me on 4/11/23 to confirm delivery was a go. I never heard from Kevin so I called the office the morning of 4/12/23. Kevin confirmed delivery would be that day however the price increased by $20. Kevin cited toll bridge costs that he forgot previously. I agreed to the price increase & my delivery showed up approximately 2 hours later.
Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the quality was EXTREMELY poor until after I was well into my project and my neighbors commented to me. I did notice pebble sized balls upon delivery however I assumed they consisted of compacted dirt.
I called and spoke with Kevin on 4/21/23 at which time I was asked to text him photos.
I sent 6 photos at 2:30pm. I sent a follow-up text message on 4/24/23 and again on 4/25. I also called the office and left a message for Kevin on 4/25. As of this review, I have never received a response to any of my text messages or my call yesterday.

The screened topsoil that McKeon Landscape Supply sells it littered with glass, several large stones and a tremendous amount of small pebble size stones. I bought this topsoil to use for planting a new lawn. The amount of stone to be removed before I can seed my lawn is overwhelming.
I now have to find a way to dispose of a large amount of stone.
The failure to respond to feedback is also extremely disappointing. I went with this company based on reviews. I hope my review will prevent others from receiving the same subpar product.

Ordered five yards of screened topsoil from McKeon, and found a lot of pieces of glass, tons of tree roots, big steel washer and other pieces of metal that looked like they may have been clamps for a chain link fence post. I called the office, and spoke to a lady explaining what the problem was, she told me to send pictures to Kevin. She gave me Kevin's number, I sent pictures to Kevin and called him. His response was sometimes things get through the screening. With this is what you consider to be screened top soil, then I would hate to see your unscreened soil. I had to careful go through the soil before I put it down in my yard. As I told Kevin, we have two dogs that are in the yard and definitely don't want them to cut their feet. Nor anyone else who comes to our yard for that matter. I am very disappointed in your product and the response I received. We paid extra money for screened dirt, but that is not what you delivered.the pictures are only a small amount of what was found
