Sam generously hand delivered my 80 pound purchase to the local UPS store for UPS to pack and ship. It is a Drop/Wrap/Pack/Ship and Guarantee service that UPS offers. Weeks later, when the store was not forthcoming with the insurance claim after UPS shipped and delivered my item damaged, Sam took it upon herself to help me expedite my claim by getting involved even though UPS guarantees shipping and she was not at all responsible for shipping, she immediately contacted the store manager to expedite the status of the claim

I always say the testament of a great company is not how they handle things when they go as planned, but how they handle a situation that goes awry. Bravo Venus Vintage Thrift and Antiques!!!

Very well organized, fair prices, and a great place to find all sorts of holiday decorations. I found my aunt this great vintage piece for the house that I just know she is going to love. My boyfriend also found a gift for his aunt. All around a great experience and will definitely be back.

If I could leave this place 10 stars I would! They have really great things here, lots of great furniture pieces! But above all else, their customer service went above and beyond when I accidentally left my wallet at the store on a Saturday, and needed to fly home that Sunday. The store was closed til Tuesday, but Amanda came up to the office and found it for me so I could fly home. Thanks so much! We'll be back next time we're in town.

Love this shop. Great location, very friendly staff, and quality items. I enjoy browsing but usually always find something to take home. Great for finding unique gifts for the people who have everything, and affordable. I have bought several nice furniture pieces from here.

Was looking for a wedding dress for a Halloween costume and they had one that fit me almost perfect and was half price! The women who I believe owned the store was very helpful in suggesting how I could alter the back a bit. Overall very good experience shopping there and a variety of things!

This shop is absolutely amazing! There’s so much to see and everything is reasonably priced, I got two different camera’s for $20 in total! The woman who runs the store is so incredibly sweet, the staff are very nice and helpful. I will be returning soon!

The atmosphere was very welcoming. The owner greeted us upon entry (so friendly!) and shared that they hand select their furniture. I will definitely be coming back for some! We are also excited to put our bubble gum machine to use!

Cute (not so) little shop with a wide variety of unique items. I was super pleased with my haul but even the things I wasn’t interested in taking home with me were compelling pieces to look at in their own right. The staff was helpful and inviting and the prices were reasonable.

If you're looking for gorgeous, high quality dresses at incredibly low prices, Venus Vintage Thrift and Antiques is where you want to go. I bought a formal gown from them on eBay, and the dress arrived even better than as described. It was absolutely stunning! They're very transparent and very easy to do business with. I will definitely be shopping there again.

What a beautiful place to get some nice pieces. Good selection and definitely looks bigger than it does on the outside. Found a wonderful chair at a great price along with some other smaller treasure’s. A antique shoppers must on places to look for great finds.

An amazing store! Great finds, good prices, nice sales, and the customer service is impeccable. Each time I’ve purchased a piece they load it into my car for me with care to ensure it won’t be damaged on my way home. Plus they’re always very warm and friendly. Truly not enough good words to describe this business, but perhaps the fact I’ve nearly exclusively furnished my first apartment from them can speak for it.
