Max was a great salesman, enjoyed communicating with customers, tells you all you want and need to know about the vehicle/vehicles you are looking at. If you are looking to get a vehicle I highly suggest this place, and Yes it is a buy here pay here which makes it that much better!

Very friendly business. While have our car worked on at lehighton auto care (the other part of this business) we looked at a few of their cars. They don't buy lemons or rustbuckets for resale. As a buy here pay here the prices are fair and on par with elsewhere. They don't sell BMWs like one negative review suggested. We saw plenty of Subaru which are great cars. We even witnessed him purchasing parts for one of their newly aquired cars that wasn't available for purchase yet. Not many of these shops will make sure the car is in tip top shape before resale. 10/10 would reccomend.

Couldn't be happier with Max's customer service and the repair work done to my Jeep by Paul. I had a universal joint going and they were able to fit me into their schedule within 24 hours. Work was done within 2 hours and I'm back on the road again. Thank you guys for being the most hospitable and fastest repair shop in town! Will definitely be a return customer.

I brought my car in for brakes and an oil change. The service was excellent, the repairs quick, the crew was honest and hard working, and the price was fair. The best part was leaving and realizing how well my car was running. My check engine light was off for the first time in 18 months and it ran smoothly. They discovered a loose bolt in a front end part and chose to tighten it rather than try to sell a replacement. It's the little things like that that count. Max and Paul are valuable assets to that business. They've got a customer for life.

From the very 1st day ,to the last day, my experience with customer 1 auto was excellent! 1st day I met Max, he was very polite ,helpful & knowledgeable! Shortly I met the managers , Scott & Josephine. Very polite, friendly, always willing to work with you. I was in a pinch, some stuff happened to me. They were willing to work with me. I finally paid my truck off.I have really high marks about this place. 5 stars, no questions asked. Thank you all very much ....😀

Stop and need to get a car in a hurry and custom 1 Auto and Max are absolutely amazing to deal with I would definitely come back for another car when that time comes. Awesome deal and amazing people.

I purchased a fair condition high mileage American SUV from this dealership over two years ago on a buy-here-pay-here loan process. The loan was ten months long at $300 a month payments, split biweekly as were my pay periods.

I had the lovely gift of family and my own dually noted financial efforts to help obtain the vehicle, maintain it, and make it to the finish line paying it off. After myself making exactly ten months of payments my loan was paid off as agreed. A title was mailed to me VERY promptly thereafter.

I had one encounter during my loan where I was unable to pay. Not only did the dealership lend a deferral for 14 days and when I doubled up on my payment the next pay to square up they made sure I would not be strapped first before taking the money.

YES, during my loan my vehicle broke down several times and it did take a couple tries before we could pinpoint some electrical issues with the vehicle (which have since been resolved) and it was annoying... but the vehicle is still running 248,000 miles later... I bought it with 200K hence the high-mileage intro earlier.

Customer 1 Auto also offers a mechanic bay with newly staffed mechanics that know their stuff...

This is the first vehicle I could say I actually had last long enough to have renewed the registration on, as an owner, twice.

There are a lot of swindler car dealers looking to make a good deal fast to get their commission up, and then there's Customer 1 Auto. This is a local family ran business that's been there for many years with the same management. They have good intent to have good vehicles and good people working to make money selling cars and help people get into them.

Best thing is to get your carfax so you know what you are getting, do your research and don't overspend. If they take the car back because you can't pay that's not their fault.

MANY times people will say "this dirtb@g car dealership is a rip off" AND/OR "that car sucked anyway" but then they forgot to say how great the car was while they were driving it and not paying though....

Do your research online, pick your car, call for info, and see what they got to offer you.

I was on my way to college with a car packed to the brim with all my belongings when my alternator started dying. I looked up the nearest auto shop and the only one I could find open on a saturday was customer 1. Although they didn't fix my car there, Max was very kind to assess the problem and advise where I should take my car, which got fixed later that day. This was very helpful as I was road tripping from Minnesota and didn't have many resources or people I could rely on.

If you are Googling for a repair, STOP. You just found your shop. Absolutely Amazing! Everyone I dealt with there was great. There is not enough space here to say how impressed I was. I was up and running in less than 22 hours and they were closed for 15 of them! I am super grateful that I landed where I did. Thanks guys...and gal!
