I recently purchased a used Cadillac Escalade from these folks and I give 5 stars because this dealer is top notch! Im an out of state customer and committed before seeing the vehicle “which is something I normally don't do” but they answered all of my questions and made me comfortable enough to take a 3.5 hour drive from virginia the next morning to pick up the suv. In person the truck looked better than i expected and after a short test drive I knew it was the one! I came with funds in hand so pretty much only needed to sign documents. I am a former GM technician and had over 12 years of GM experience between CADILLAC, GMC, CHEVY & BUICK, so i know these Escalades like no other. It is a USED VEHICLE and needed only a driver side mirror assembly as it was taped in one area which i didn't bother to mention to the dealer because i knew i would be able to pick one up from a scrap yard for less than $100 which is what i did. Brakes passed PA inspection but not VA so I brought it home and replaced all belts & pulleys, brakes pads , rotors , tires, and flushed all fluids on my own. The truck was good off the lot but when buying a used car its always good to take care of the simple wear and tear items on your own or at least do another inspection because the dealer is only selling the vehicle so there may be things even they don't know about it so instead of crying about little issues i always recommend people to set aside some money when u buy used cars to do a round of preventative maintenance as soon as you buy a used car. Please note the truck was fine as is but like i said im a former tech so i am mechanical inclined to look for things to do when i buy a car. Bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado from here last month in solid condition! Everything about the experience was very smooth. Ryan and Jackie were super nice and helpful. Came back over the following couple weeks to get a few minor things repaired (expected for a 20yr old truck). They took care of the issues and were very responsive. Excellent service and Jackie our salesperson was super friendly and patient while we test drove 3 cars and shopped for a car for our son. They have a great selection of quality used vehicles for all drivers . Pricing was reasonable and they finance too. Everyone was very nice. This is the place to go for a quality used vehicle.

I bought a 2008 chevy car here just over a week ago (almost 2 weeks). Very very nice car and I got a really good deal. The sales person Jackie who accompanied us for the purchase was super nice and not pushy at all, Gave us very useful information about the dealership and the car. Jackie was very straightforward and honest about everything with the car. The car came with a few issues but nothing major and all easy to fix (most are to be expected from an old used car lol). Overall we had an extremely pleasant experience and will definitely be back.

UPDATE 8/29/23:
My engine was having some misfiring issues so I called them and they were instantly apologetic and ended up taking my car for free. They gave the car back to me in a very timely manner and did a full inspection of the car going above and beyond to fix issues I didn't even know about, while still doing it completely free. I've had the car back for about a week and it runs super smooth with no issues. Ryan and Jackie are extremely nice and very co-operative. I could not be more happy with my experience at Small Town Auto sales and the exceptional customer service I received.

If you want people to really take the time to help you, this is the place! I’m 23 with a bad credit score, they went out of their way to get me into something beautiful and affordable! Stayed past closing time to make sure I left the same day with my car. The most at home I’ve ever felt at a dealership, never pushed anything on me. And look, my first big girl purchase and I love it!

Great experience at Small Town Auto sales in December of 2022. I called ahead of time and they had the vehicle ready to go so that my wife and I could drive it. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They handled all the paperwork, tags, title, registration and we're willing to negotiate so that we could make a deal.

Small Town Auto Sales continue to help us with our vehicle months later. They have never refused speaking to us about our concerns and are always gracious and understanding. Their customer service and eager to please is top notch and they only strive to do best buy their customers, treating them like family!

Like many people, I my Self in that moment that we all dread, “looking for a used car at a used car dealership, or any car dealership.“ But from the very time I saw a truck that was listed with small town motors, they have been nothing but professional in every way. My experience was a great one. And the communication with them, they all work as a team and they with a lot of dealerships don’t do, and that’s pay attention to the customer. They held a vehicle for me had it outside ready for me to test drive. They went above and beyond to make my experience with them a good one. Not all situations are like mine but in my case everything went smooth the ads were honest, the Carfax report was printed for the car and the customer to read, they did go above and beyond in their ads and how they explain the vehicles for sale.
