I had a l pm appointment and they took me in right away by 1:45pm my truck was done. They replace my two headlights on my Dodge Rebel and what I thought was a reasonable price.

The Fairless Hills Pep Boys is an excellent auto repair shop. The manager, Carlos, and front desk representatives Phil, Paul, and Melanie all provide exceptional customer service. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.

It is the only chore in my life that is actually simple and that’s because I deal with Phil at Pep Boys. The guy just knows his content- he has a great personality and doesn’t waste your time or jerk you around. It’s actually a unique experience in today’s marketplace go figure.

This Pepboys has a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. This store has everything you could need for your vehicle and then some. You can pick out an inexpensive tire inside the store and they'll put it on for you too. If they don't have a part for in stock that you need, they'll order it for you. Anyone can buy the parts they need and hop on YouTube and learn how to do it themselves. If you're too busy for that, or just don't like doing things for yourself, they have a service area with mechanics that'll do it for you.

I don't think anyone really enjoys spending money on an unexpected repair but this place is AWESOME!!!! They have always found a way to get us in fast and the price has been fair. Phil has done a great job and always ensures you leave satisfied.

Quick and easy. Was able to schedule a appointment next day and drop my car. They provide options to track progress via your cell phone. Promptly calls you and provides an update and informs that your car is ready. This experience has been consistent for me over the years, hence the 5-star!

So I'm headed to East Stroughsburg coming from Philadelphia. I get the battery light. My insurance has road side assistance. Get the vehicle towed to this location. Notified Brad that I had my car serviced at another location less than 2 years ago for a new alternator. Mind you, I was bringing my animal to my new home when my Jeep broke down. They took care of the issue, got me out of there in about 2-3 hours. No appointment, they took care of me. I am greatly appreciated by the hospitality and courtesy that was shown. Carlos and Brad are wonderful ambassadors of this company. 5/5 would definitely recommend. THANK YOU!! A disabled veteran.

One of my tire was always lost pressure quickly. I followed Pep Boys technician's suggestion and brought the car back to the shop. They quickly identified the issue and fixed in less than $30 while I hadn't finished my breakfast yet at nearby restaurant after dropping the car.

Fairless hills PA Pep Boys is my Pep Boys. I will only take my car for any kind of service. The front desk team is awesome regardless of who takes care of me. Of course, my veteran discount is awesome.

I have been coming here for all my auto needs for over a decade. That for such a great team and front desk staff.

I’d say that I got out to Pep Boys quickly and efficiently. People seem to be confused I’m not convinced they told me the truth about why my tire went bad but. I don’t like giving anybody a bad review.

I am very satisfied with how the service manager helped my wife to get things done for the state inspection and replacing the radiator which was leaking.

Always get great service and advice, both retail and service. They've always let me know if an issue comes up, like an out-of-stock part, and don't do work without explaining the quote first. I prefer making service appointments, but they've always been pretty quick if I need to do a walk-in. They're non-judgmental when I don't know something basic, like what a wheel key lock is.

Came here today for an oil change and tire rotation. I really like how they take pictures and show you your vehicle so you know the condition it’s in. The team working there is great. They all communicate and keep you informed with your vehicle. Highly recommend this location to friends and family.

Needed a fresh pair of tires, service personnel were professional and polite. Job was done in 2 hours. Paid with Pep Boys card receiving 7 months interest free financing. Great job guys of Oxford Valley. Will definitely return
