Good selection. There were a few times I showed up looking for a part I was sure I'd have to order online, such as a serial port to USB adapter, and it turned out they had it in stock.

I always seem to find what need to buy at Best Buy. Fully recommend. I usually buy their open box stuff in excellent condition. Just as good as new but much cheaper.

This is my go-to Best Buy. Close to home and not usually busy when I go. Always a good experience when I go there.

Overall I highly recommend the store. They provide quality service with attentive associates who are eager to help you. Even if you get an associate and it’s not their department that they are personally responsible for they are still willing to help you find someone who can provide you with the information that you need. I have purchased laptops printers paper televisions and other products and never have been disappointed with their service.

I went here Monday, August 28th with a faulty remote control for an old TV. The exchange/refund policy was 15 days and it was day 18. They informed me I had a one year factory manufacturer's warranty and I got a new remote free! Marie and her male Co worker were very kind and knowledgeable. A pleasure. We will be back soon!

As soon as I walked in the door a person asked if I needed help that worked there, and they asked for my# and they would text me, when someone was available, all the employees were extremely helpful !!!!!!!

I was stopping in quickly while going on vacation, and was astonished how friendly the security is. Dom was super friendly and had a big smile, where I am used to being stared at while I shop. I understand it is their job to make sure they catch the bad people, and he knows how to do so without making you feel uncomfortable. Fantastic team as well.

It was pretty straightforward, quick and easy to pick up my 77" OLED TV. (BTW: It - just - fit into the back of my '23 4Runner!)
In fact it was so expedient that I didn't even have a chance to run into the store and take a look around! I pretty much picked it up and got back on the road and hightailed it home!
