The employees at Square One have honesty and integrity! I lost my credit card there while pumping gas, and it took me 6 days to retrace my steps back to Square One. There was my card, safe and
sound, waiting for me to claim it. Thank you for outstanding service.

It's a gas station. It's not the cheapest, but it's convenient, pumps are seemingly 24/7, and its got a subway.

Walking in this place is like stepping back into the 80's. Very outdated. Their chip readers inside malfunction 75 percent of the time. When it does work it takes forever and a day to process. Never had any issues with the staff and they have a good selection of drinks and snacks. Restroom is usually clean.

Gladly went here everyday, sometimes twice a day. No longer will go here due to being harassed by an employee because I had to use their dumpster to throw a bag of spoiled food away. Told me she has my license plate and would send me a bill. Too busy being worked up and yelling over her insanity to hear me. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Everyone in there is a so miserable and impolite! The manager is a nasty lady who hates her life and everyone that comes into the store she treats like they’re a problem! Only nice person is the little old lady at the subway. They need to bulldoze this place and put a Wawa in.

I used to go every morning to pick up a soda and sometimes gas. One if the pumps had a broken nozel that sometimes kept the gas flowing when you try to stop it. For 2 months I occasionally let staff know about the issue. I was concerned for other customers. Finally I brought the specific issue to the manager and she was extremely rude to me. Even another customer expressed concern for her attitude. I called and left a message with the secretary of the CEO and she never returned my call. I now go 2 miles out if my way to get gas and I don't mind.

This place is disgusting.
Everything in the store was filthy, including the dirty dishes from someone’s lunch sitting out in the open on a countertop.

When I brought it to the attendant’s attention, She copped an attitude, scowled & said , “so what? The dining room is closed anyway...what’s it matter?”

You’re correct, it doesn’t matter. I’ll just go to another convenience store that doesn’t have overworked & overwhelmed attendants who treat the store like it was their own filthy house.
