Awesome experience: Truck smashed into my car on Int 95 and the damage was so substantial that the insurance company gave me a totalled payout. As I tried to get estimates, nobody would even bother to give me one, because I wasn't going through an insurance company and one obnoxious person from Rob's on Veterans Hwy, she told me that we deal with a lot of expensive high end cars and that no one would touch my car and even if they did the price would be way more than the estimate. She just said, go buy a new car, what a condescending biased idiot... Anyway a person I did business with a very long time ago, gave me two options to checkout and one was Al's. I am a Mom & Pop Shop type guy and to me they do the best work anyway. Met Peter and explained my situation and frustration. He looked at my car and said no problem, we can fix it for you. He even provided a rental car right on the spot, that was reasonably priced per day. When I came to pick up my car, my jaw dropped just seeing it. It was shining man and looked better than when I purchased it. Not only did they replace the main parts, but they even provided my Sport Kit Window screen, which the other folks we're telling me, I would not be getting back and detailed my ride man. And the two front bruises we're completely fixed and everything worked great. Oh and the cost for all of this was exactly as estimated and far more competitive than the other nay sayers. I have already recommended Al's to others and highly recommend them to you as well.

Great experience here. I needed a broken mirror replaced. They found a used one, but gave me an option for a new one as well. They installed it very quickly and was reasonably priced. Very easy to work with. I would def use them again

Fleet management so I didn’t really know what to expect. Pete and Peg were very professional and got my work truck back to me in a very timely manner. The work was beautiful!!! Lines, gaps, all were perfect!! Not only that, they washed and detailed my filthy, greasy Elevator truck inside & out. The truck looked brand new. I was very impressed with my first experience at this business and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
You just dont get treated like this anymore, reminiscent of how businesses were in 70’s & 80’s. Thanks again Al’s

Great place . Peter handled the estimate,& kept in contact on progress of the body work on my 2005 Camry . The work was excellent, prices were reasonable especially since I had no insurance to cover the costs . Would recommend this place to my friends . 👍

Great communication on the process of the car to be repaired. Quick and easy. Work looks really good and I felt that the car was repaired properly.

Don and this company came highly recommended from my family… but I had no idea that they would do THIS good a job on our Prius … I ran it into a mail box and took out a head light… I also needed a new rear bumper and front … ok I needed major work done from past and present transgressions :.. they fixed my car like it was brand new and shined it up like it really was a new car… you can tell that this establishment takes pride in their work and wants to satisfy their customers. They give you a fair price and you can tell they care. they even cleaned the inside of our car !! I won’t ever go anywhere else … this review just comes from my heart without any asks from their team … they do great work and I am going to send anyone I know to them - thanks Don and everyone over there ! Had a rust spot on my hood, sap stain on my driver's door and the window pillars on the sides were badly faded. They repaired the rust and repainted the hood to match perfectly! The side pillars were replaced and looks like new and they cleaned up and touched up the driver's door. Very happy with the work and the price. Thanks!!

My first mistake was NOT taking it to Don and his crew first. I went to another auto body shop first and they just couldn’t compare. Don gave me an estimate the day I walked in and was very straightforward and honest. He went above and beyond to help get me a new door. Dropped off the car and within a couple of hours it was good to go. Very friendly staff and I would recommend this shop to everyone I know. The door and car as a whole look great! Amazing Staff and Great Work Done on my 350Z

Al's was recommended to me by my mechanic whom I've known for a long time. Peggy and Don who work there are both very nice and helpful. I took the car by for an estimate late in the afternoon and received the estimate the following morning around 10:30am or maybe a little earlier. The repair was being paid for by the person who hit the car (they didn't want to go through insurance), and when their card didn't go through, Peggy called them back and took care of everything. When I had a question about the repair and emailed Don, he got back to me in less than half an hour with the answer. The work came out great and they cleaned the car too. Nice people, good work, recommended. :)

Wonderful experience dealing with Al’s Collision! I can’t rave enough about the service, the courteous way that they treat their customers. It is very unusual in today’s business culture to receive this type of service! Not to mention an absolute excellent price!!! My husband Rufino Rendon had a minor fender bender that knocked out his passenger side headlight when a truck clipped him. We took the car there that day and the next day they had a new light assembly and installed it immediately while we waited. WTG!! Definitely recommend Al’s Collision!!!
