Went on a Saturday for lunch and had a great meal. Had the Jewish Hoagie and it was so big, I took half home. Came with 3 pickles and chips. Great food, great value, great service, highly recommend. Good place to stop and bring home some meats, bread, and treats too.

While the food was good as always, they have an excellent selection for everyone including the health conscious, the service is always very good. But today, I think I can honestly say I had one of the best servers I’ve ever had anywhere. I’m pretty sure the server’s name was Lynn, and she was phenomenal. We had a party of 6, including two kids. Lynn was intuitive, polite, helpful, and extremely efficient. She was slammed with customers but she treated everyone with good-natured attention and in no way did we feel like a bother or feel rushed. I really appreciated her service. It made for an exceptionally pleasant brunch. 😊

Had the white clam chowder special tonight. It was really good. Had the pastrami swiss, coleslaw on Rye, also ordered the STACK, its pastrami, corned beef, coleslaw, Russian dressing on two potato latka, served open face. Also, really good.
If you like pickles, they have great homemade pickles,
This place is always good and has an extensive menu.

5 stars always for the food, except the yUTZ potato chips that came with. We opened two packages, and the packaging in both outweighs the chip contents. Find a different vendor, seriously - you’re giving the Tribe a bad name using UTZ. Ps, don’t be fooled by the reflection of chips in the packaging- the reflection is not edible lol.

Great Deli with so many options. We ordered take out at lunch time. The restaurant was crowded . Took 15 minutes. Got a 23c. Roast beef club with Swiss, coleslaw and Russian dressing on Rye bread. Sandwich was HUGE, served with a new pickle and small bag of chips. Roast beef was lean, cooked perfectly and sliced thinly. So many items to choose from in the deli cases with salads and Desserts. Gluten free options. Located in a shopping mall with plenty of Parking.

This is a no nonsense Jewish Deli. The pickles, both half sour and regular, are spot on. The open faced sandwiches are served on potato pancakes and are amazing. The Reuben, corned beef, and pastrami standout of course. Also, you can order great salads, meats, and pickles from the deli and they will be ready when you are done.

I really loved my experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, and our server was great. She made sure our drinks were full and everyone was happy after getting our meals. The checkout lady was so nice too! On my way out I bought some Rye bread to bring home and it was so good! Highly recommend!

Came from S.Jersey, as there aren’t a ton of Jewish Delis out there…at least ones that aren’t as expensive as going out to for a steak. Delicious Corned-beef special and Cabbage Borscht! Nicely priced too!

Been a couple years since our last visit. The expansive menu and quality of the food seems to have survived but at a higher cost. The portions tend to be on the larger end of the scale. The staff are pleasant and efficient. Even the pickles are as good as I remember. They specialize in traditional Jewish deli dishes, salads, and deserts. Worth a visit.

We have always loved this place but today hit differently. We have the stomach flu and cant keep food down. All I wanted was Jewish Penicillin. We never order soups. Esp matzo ball soups are holy for me as no one can recreate how my grandma made it. We ordered two soups via Doordash. I tasted it and began to cry. If I close my eyes, it tastes just like childhood! The bullion is just right. The matzo balls are absorbed in the spices and broth. No other place can achieve that. Thank you guys so much!

Ben&Irv's is unassuming at the door, ambiguous as you step into its counter and deli. And ABSOLUTELY phenomenal when you sit to eat. Our waitresses were very friendly and tagged teamed our needs until the end of two very scrumptious sandwiches (the Stack and a closed Reuben) and the delightful pickled plate and tea that was kept topped off. It's worth the trip I made 26 mile round trip we made.

Awesome...I use to go to the original store in the West oak Lane section of Philadelphia on Ogontz avenue with my dad as a kid then they closed and I found out they moved here years later. I had to come and get the best corned beef special sandwich I've ever had. The staff was super friendly especially the lady with the glasses at the cash register. I will definitely be back because the sandwich was good as it was when I was a kid!! 💯😊👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 ...went again a few weeks later n my waiter Mike was super cool👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This past Saturday, I ordered (last minute) a deli meat platter for family coming from out of town. The platter was ready when I arrived at the arranged time; quality of food, preparation and presentation were outstanding. The platter was over stuffed leaving us with leftovers for the next day ++. Ben & Irs's is the only place to get your party or event platters and catering. Since we did not eat at the venue on this occasion, I did not rate the Atmosphere.

Our first time here and we will be back. The menu is huge with options for everyone. We were there for lunch but we will have to come back and try their breakfasts. Our server was very friendly and helpful in helping us to decide what to get since the menu is a bit overwhelming.

Food is amazing, my sever Lynn is the best there ever was, and they have the tv's tuned in for our Philly sports teams and games.

With an authentic Corn Beef Special, Nova Scotia Lox Bagel, best Matzoh Ball or Kreplach & Homemade Cabbage Borscht around, paired with a variety of deli pickles and the Rye & Challah bread - its an official Jewish Deli for sure😉👍🔥

Just make sure to save room for one of their amazing desserts, like the Jewish Apple Cake, homemade Cheese Cake or Cheese Blintzes paired with a glass of an Official Chocolate Egg Cream. Or take home some homemade chocolate chip cookies to share or choose from the variety of Schnecken they offer.

Dine in, take out / curbside or get it delivered with Uber Eats & Doordash, BEN & IRVS has something for everyone. And don't forget about their full Deli of Fresh Fish, Deli Meats, and wide range of salads that are prepared fresh daily.

Need a tray for an event? They got it!
Need your party catered? They'll be there!
Oh yeah, and if you fancy a glass of wine or something a little stronger with dinner? It's BYOB!

My family and I have been coming here for years. It’s a staple restaurant in the Jewish community. The wait staff are all friendly, personable, and genuinely caring. Several of the waitresses remember us and always say hello when we visit.

My personal favorite dinner is no longer physically on the menu, however they still always make it for me at my request. All of their food tastes like it is made with integrity and care. I’ve never had a bad experience and everything is as good the next time as it was the first time.

Ben & Irv’s is one of the few restaurants that has maintained it’s quality over the years. Don’t let their prices dissuade you from trying them, remember that you get what you pay for!

we very much miss this place. Moved to Arizona 3 years ago. This town does not even begin to know what good food is. all the small places close at 2pm and then all you have is a denny's , Ihop and the worst crackerbarrel on the planet. What I wouldnt give for a B&I turkey club or a shrimp salad sandwich. My wifes favorite was the mushroom barley soup. They do not even know what a half sour pickle is here

Best lean corned beef around! Pickle bowl comes with sour and half sours. You apparently now need to request the pickled green tomatoes, which are wonderful! Highly recommend the club with corned beef, chopped liver, tomatoes and onions on seeded rye!
