The staff was very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and serene. Mark told me the details of the work to be done and not to worry. Shelly took my calls and notified me of (if) any changes. They had my 2015 Tahoe done ahead of time and SPARKLING CLEAN when returned. Also, they complemented me on a well kept vehicle. I would recommend and return for collision repair service.

Repairs to my hood and front bumper were minimal, in my mind. I show up after only four days and asked agent "is that my car?" My car not only was repaired, detailed both inside and out. Hardly recognized my car, quite shocking in the most wonderful way!

Marc and his team were very nice as well as efficient with getting my repair completed. I called them on a random morning and Marc was able to squeeze me in bc he had a cancellation for an estimate, and when I dropped my car off it was less than a week before I got her back.

Amazing experience all around! The process was so smooth and simple. Staff was communicative and very friendly; met all anticipated deadlines by communicated ETA. They arranged for my rental and pick up of the rental, which was one less thing for me to worry about. Most importantly, the work done on my truck was amazing and they left my car in great shape. Very courteous, kept us updated regularly. The work was completed sooner than expected and the first time I have ever been completely satisfied with the work. Car Star is a quality facility and the employees could not be any more courteous.

CarStar is my go-to place for body work, unfortunately and fortunately. They always fix my car right, the first time. If I have any concerns, they address them right away and their lines of communication are top notch. You always know what's going on.

I had my car sent here for repairs after an accident I was in on the PA turnpike. The accident occurred on 12/21/23. I selected Fred Beans through my insurance because they had a lot of decent reviews and were close by. As soon as they received my car I was informed via text and email almost daily on the status. It was good to know how things were going instead of wondering and constantly having to call for updates. At first, the estimated finish date was 1/23/24. I understood this due to holiday delays, ordering parts, labor, etc. on 1/12/24 I received a text saying my vehicle was complete and ready for pick up. I was pleasantly surprised and anxious to get my car back.
The damage was to the rear bumper and everything looks brand new. I'm very happy with the repairs done and to have my car back in a timely fashion.
Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in the office at pick up was friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend them for any repairs needed!

Came here on the recommendation of my uncle after my parked car got sideswiped pretty badly. I was contacted pretty regularly and given detailed updates and explanations of the status of repairs. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and pleasant. The quality of the work was phenomenal. It literally looked as if my car had never been damaged in the first place, both under the hood and outside of it. The employees I spoke with did recognize that repairs were taking longer than expected and explained it was due to various parts being backordered. As a result I just owed my deductible. Tax and the betterment fee for a new rim and tire waived, which was nice.

The repair work that was quoted was done beautifully. For a 7 1/2 year old car, it looks brand new.

My brand new car was in an accident in October. Fortunately, it was driveable, because it needed A LOT of parts for the repair. Because my car was new, my insurance company agreed to pay for all OEM parts. It took a while for them all to arrive. They finally completed the repairs in a week's time once the parts were in. Carstar returned my car to me in perfect, spic and span condition. Mike was excellent in maintaining regular communications with me as to the progress of my car's repairs. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this shop!
