The customer service was excellent. The barista was very modest about her latte art skills, so I convinced her to make me one. It was better than most even though we laughed at it. She was very nice and terrific and made me a second one which was a masterpiece. The coffee was perfect for me...it was subtle not bitter and the perfect temperature. They know how to roast their beans and make pieces of art out of foam. Highly recommended place for a quick sip of coffee and a nibble of blueberry bread/pound cake. Will definitely come back.

Rustic and industrial, the style of this place seems less intentional and more functional. But it works and it has a cool vibe as a result. Coffee beans are roasted on sight and the coffee is great.

Nice latte served up with a heart in the steamed milk. Sit inside at cafe tables or in a more relaxed living room style. Roastery equipment and storage is visible around the perimeter of the space.

Loved the experience! A true coffee house were they take pride in the craft. Coffee was excellent and prepared with care. Atmosphere is relaxed and industrial and I loved checking out all the coffee equipment and seeing the roaster right there, front and center. I have been searching a long time for that true 3rd wave coffee experience, I have finally found it!

Incredible coffee in an industrial, yet cozy, setting. As a local, this is my go to place for a coffee most mornings. Just love the ambiance and vibe. I'd recommend the Cortado for those who wanna sip something slow and just take in the atmosphere.

I grew up not far from this spot, and every time I visit Bucks County I hope for a great coffee spot ... I’m so glad I found it. Wonderful staff, great cortado, and the Ethiopian beans they had on drip were amaaaazing. Will be back!

Great coffee. Most / all coffee is light to medium roast. Never burnt or bitter tasting. Coffee roasted in house.

Been going to Rojo's for many years now. Besides being a very nice place to sit and relax, they have excellent coffee as well. Their staff is very helpful and courteous, while their current barista is very skilled. My wife always love to see the nice flower/tree design on top of her latte. The owner of Rojo's is a certified coffee taster (I guess a coffee sommelier) and he sources the establishments coffee on his own. He roasts the coffee there as well. They only have a few selections of tasty snacks to have with your coffee, but that does not really take away from the place. The atmosphere and coffee keep on bringing us back, and we always look forward to going there.

Stopped by as this placed was on the back way from where I parked. Good atmosphere. I enjoyed the ethiopian drip coffee. The cleanliness men's bathroom was okay as well. Seating could have been more efficient, but that might cut into the aesthetics.

Super cool warehouse interior, knowledgeable and friendly staff who are excited to talk about their craft. Lots of really cool brewing equipment, grinders, filters, servers, on the shelf for sale, along with single origin coffee on drip, hand pour and espresso. Turkish and Hario siphon coffee available by appointment. An enjoyable experience and definitely worth the short trip from the main drag.

You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who is as knowledgeable about coffee, from soil composition and elevation to fermentation and curing, than David. Can you say that your local roaster has visited all of the farms that they purchase from? The Princeton location is tiny and there usually aren't many seats available but the Lambertville shop is a little more spacious. The staff is also top notch at both locations, always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely the best coffee around. I have yet to find a coffee shop with better coffee. They roast the beans onsite, which is probably why it's so good. If you're in the area, you have to try it. I usually go with their house blend.

Great coffee. Tasty snacks. A good place to relax with friends. Good atmosphere. They roast their own coffee, so its always nice to watch and a good part of the rustic atmosphere.

I wish I could give 100 stars. Best coffee roasters I've ever found. If you've never been outside of major chains for coffee, major major difference. Staff is always friendly with advice for my home brewing. Give it a shot!

Local roaster featuring third wave coffee, offer a great selection of brewing methods with cona available by appointment (amazing) and standard v60 pour overs. Great latte, and a huge selection of latte machines, and other brewers and grinders.

Cold brew was great. Cool open space layout. Watched them roasting coffee so it is a bit loud. Wifi was fast. Not a lot of food options- just pastries.

Great local hangout spot offering coffee (of course) and some snacks and ice cream. Seating available to spend some time there with friends. They roast their own coffee on premises which is also available for sale by the pound.

Rojos is a destination coffee house. By far one of the best coffee houses I have been to - hands down. Atmosphere, music, setting, open floor plan, and to boot my absolute favorite coffee of all time: Midwives Moonshine. This town is lucky to have Rojos.
