Rob’s Automotive and Collision is THE BEST. We have an all aluminum car and when our car was hit… our car dealer said Rob’s is the only place to go because they are true Professionals and multi manufacturer factory certified for repairs. Boy were they right! Rob’s was super thorough with the car and we got it back looking like new. There was no frame damage, but lots of superficial and these guys are capable of doing it all. Dealing with Eileen (the receptionist, Kori (initial contact) and Chris at the body shop… you couldn’t ask for better people to deal with.

I give Rob’s a SOLID 5 stars!

Excellent workmanship and unbelievable customer service. This company and its people are truly exceptional. They have done a lot of custom work and collision repair work for me on both of my Porsches, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Great automotive body work and customer service. Chris checked in frequently to provide updates as my car was worked on. Every person I talked to was polite and helpful throughout service. Highly recommend and will use them again

Totaled my car and found out insurance wouldn’t cover it. Staff were super friendly, made my car driveable, and only charged me for the tow. If I lived nearby this would be my go to shop!

I have taken my 2022 RAV4 to Rob’s auto collision shop every 2 months to get detailed. Ed the service Mgr and Kori the receptionist always take care of me. My car comes out with a showroom glass shine. The will last for weeks. At the Toyota dealer I went to get my car serviced , they said it looked beautiful like I just picked it up. I said please stop by Rob’s auto and collision shop in Bristol they are the Best

I was stuck on the PA turnpike after my car engine overheated. Rob's was able to come out in about 20 minutes to toe my car. They really helped when I was in a troublesome situation. The driver, Will, was very helpful and was able to figure out what was wrong too.

Great group of guys. Car was towed here by chance from an accident with a good bit rear end damage. Car took a while to repair, but the guys kept me posted along the way with straightforward updates. They sorted out all the issues, and the car came back looking and running like brand new again. Can't complain with real results.

We live in our motorhome and had to get a hotel room. They worked us in quickly and got the transmission service completed during advised timeline. We also had them check out an issue with our slide. The 2 RV specialists couldn't agree on the issue, so they said best to take RV repair shop. They didn't want to make it worse. Appreciated their honesty!

Wether it’s been my company provide work truck or personal cars they always resolve what ever issues that I might have quickly and done right the first time. The service team always keeps you informed and treat you with kindness and respect. I won’t go anywhere else.

Great place. This shop is a VW/Audi/Mercedes certified bodyshop, which means they will use genuine parts instead of after-market parts to repair our cars. This time I am taking my Audi Q3 to this shop after the accident. Instead of fixing the dent suggested by my insurance company, Orlando from this shop insisted to repair the car with new hatch lift. The people here are really responsible, trustworthy, and friendly.
