I recently changed my appliance provider to Bill Vandergrift Inc, and couldn’t be more pleased. I have custom-made cabinetry in my kitchen and needed to replace my gas range top. My concern was all about installation; I feared cutting/damaging my cabinets. BV did an incredible job fitting the new range top. The crew that was in my home twice (once for measurements, once to install) could not have been nicer, more prompt, helpful, clean working… could not have been more professional. You’ve won my future business.

I recently purchased a new dishwasher, washer, and dryer from Vandegrift. The team kept me up to date on what was backordered and what was ready to be installed. The scheduler (Gemma) was very kind and answered all my questions.

Installation was not easy due to the age and size of my condo - Joe and Alex worked very hard to get everything installed in what ended up being an all-day install. They worked through rain and with about a quarter inch of room to get the washer and dryer (stacked) in and the dishwasher as well. I really appreciate everyone's help to get these appliances installed and willingness to problem solve during the process. My condo was left clean and they did a test run of all 3 appliances.

I had the best experience twice with Bill Vandergrift, Inc., once when I bought a dishwasher earlier this year and a refrigerator just today. My issue with "finding" a refrigerator was problematic because my space was too small for most choices by only 1/4 inch, but they solved it for me saving me a lot of money on the tiny expansion I would have needed otherwise. Someone from Vandergrift's came out promptly and measured the space to be sure of what options could resolve my needs. They found three that fit and I decided on one that was a clear winner. I couldn't be happier and I love my new fridge,......dishwasher too. I will be back for a washer and dryer soon and a basement fridge as well. Thank you again to Lindsey who was patient with this situation and very efficient at helping me.

I can’t say enough about the staff and service at Vandegrift! They have been supremely helpful when I’ve purchased and had appliances installed. Even more though, they have willingly, promptly and knowledgeably repaired appliances I bought elsewhere in the past. Just today Sean came out to assess a problem with my dishwasher. He was so helpful. He took the time to explain the problem and solved it quickly. And I have to compliment Faith who is always there when I call with a problem. I can’t think of another appliance company who is so helpful and I’ve dealt with quite a few.

Friendly family owned store. The sales team here does a wonderful job and don't try and sell you what you don't need. The installers are professional and tidy.

Before moving to Doylestown 26 years ago, we had always purchased appliances from one of the big box stores. We walked into Vandegrift’s and had them replace our kitchen appliances followed by a washer and dryer.

Vandegrift’s excels in all aspects of a well run appliance dealer. They sell only reliable quality brands and products and they’re very price competitive for the same products regardless of where you look including the big box stores. If we happened to ask for a particular model and Vandegrift’s informed us that they had performed an excessive number of service calls on it, they’ve always been straightforward with us and have recommended another product without us ever feeling they were upselling. On the contrary, we always felt they had nothing but our best interests at heart.

Over the years that we’ve purchased appliances from Vandegrift’s, there has been a total of only two service calls and they were both covered within the warranty period. Vandegrift’s responsiveness has been nothing but incredible by scheduling and performing the repair by one of their very well trained and experienced service technicians within two days of our placing the call. They’re truly the best one stop appliance shopping experience from the point of sale, installation, warranty and general information support, repair and overall customer service. These are characteristics that simply don’t exist at a big box retailer or at any of the other local independent dealers. As a result, we’ve referred many people to Vandegrift’s and we’ll continue to do so.

Our most recent experience involved replacing our kitchen appliances again due to a remodel during 2021 in the middle of the pandemic. While most of the appliances arrived and were installed by Vandegrift’s careful and well experienced installers within four to six months of placing the order, one of the appliances was a nightmare to obtain with absolutely no fault of anyone at Vandegrift’s. The manufacturer (Bosch/Thermador) provided no communication whatsoever to Vandegrift’s or us regarding an estimated arrival date regardless of the number of inquiries. Regardless of how many times we asked Vandegrift’s to inquire (which we were doing almost biweekly for over a year!), Vandegrift’s was always optimistic and willing to try to help and never gave us the feeling that we were a bother. This was all during a very unique time when people are continuing to be completely unreasonable by taking their frustrations out on the dealer for matters that are completely out of the dealer’s control. These people should take the time and call the manufacturers directly regarding their order and they’ll quickly learn where the problem lies. Everyone at Vandegrift’s wanted our kitchen complete as much as we did. After 17 months of placing the order, the appliance finally arrived last month and our kitchen was finally complete. The staff at Vandegrift’s was just as happy as we were to the point that it was if they were the ones waiting for the appliance in order to complete one of there own kitchens!

Regarding the negative reviews posted in this forum, people choose to ignore the advice that they’re given by the dealer because they simply don’t like what they hear, take matters into their own hands and then turn around and blame the dealer when things go south. If Vandegrift’s told us that they couldn’t do something, we heeded their advice and worked with them towards an acceptable alternative approach.

In summary, working with Vandegrift’s all these years has been a great experience and we wouldn’t have picked anyone else to help us put the dream kitchen together we now have. We started working with Bill 26 years ago and he has handed business operations over to his daughter, Lindsay, who has done nothing less than a superb job continuing to run the business. She is supported by the same great people, Daryl and Faith, that we have also come to know very well over the past two decades and we wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Vandegrift’s for any or all of your appliance needs.

This family-owned business is absolutely the best place ever to buy appliances. Although their showroom primarily displays Wolf and Subzero, they can provide most any brand of appliance at great prices with unbelievable service that has been consistent over time. We bought an entire kitchen here and they were the ONLY local dealer who didn't complain that our preferred brand (Electrolux Icon) was too hard to get. Last week our washer died and our repair guy said it wasn't worth fixing. Vandegrift had a beautiful new washer/dryer pair in our house the next day and took away the old ones without charge.. It could have been the same day had we called before 2PM. We will never even think about going elsewhere.

Vandegrifts is a pretty amazing find. Customer service was great, and when I ran into a problem with an appliance, they stood by their promise when the manufacturer would not. Amazing, in this day and age. I highly recommend. Daryl and Lindsay were great in the store, and service techs are actually friendly and quite knowledgeable.

I dealt with their salesman, Darryl. He seemed pretty knowledgeable about what I wanted (dishwasher) and when he didn't know, he was able to look up the information. Installation of said dishwasher was done by Marcus. He called to see if I was available earlier than the expected window (about half an hour) and showed up at the agreed upon time. He did a fine job taking out the old dishwasher and installing the new one. He answered my numerous questions with patience. Their billing person, Faith, was also friendly and courteous.

First time customer. Bought a refrigerator. Wonderful sales person. Easy to do business. Delivery went flawlessly. They do repairs va sending you to manufacturer. This will be where we buy any appliances going forward .

Very satisfied. Had an emergency on a Sat. Their recommended tect. was here, fixed my problem, and gone in an hr. and the charge was extremely fair. Unusually good service from this company.

Great customer service. Had a big problem with poor repair service from a manufacturer (Miele), and they helped replace my induction cooktop with a top of the line Bosch, couldn’t be happier with their help.

Always have parts that I need. I called about this months ago and hadn't done anything about it. Walked in today and the rep instantly recognised me and knew there was a part that had been put aside for me. Incredible!

Daryl is the best in helping you when you need to replace appliances I should know I had to replace a few damaged in the wind storm from power surge & Bill the installer is great
