They have always had what I needed. They have rewired broken lamps for me, and help me match shades properly, when the originals have been somethg more than what you get in a home improvement megachain. Prices are entirely reasonable for the quality you got. Love this store.

This is really a first-rate lighting store. They have a great selection and the staff is knowledgeable and very willing to spend time with you. They also do repair work which is why we were there today. Instead of just dropping it off they repaired it in 10 minutes, a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend furlong lamp and lighting.

We've been looking for lampshades for a long time. Most stores don't have large enough shades for our lamps. This place had exactly what we wanted and I didn't need to play shipping (if I bought online). (They also have a huge selection of lamps, but that isn't why I went). Lovely staff.

Furlong Lamp has an excellent selection and even better customer service. They have lights you won’t find in a big box retailer and that’s why you go to a specialty store that just deals in lighting. I bought a number of fixtures for them and they all work and look great.

Might not seem like it at first... but they're the best!!! We had a new build and purchased most of our lighting there. Sales worked with our measurements and gave us great advice. They even drop shipped a few things for us. After moving out of town we had to get a few bathroom fixtures and I regret not getting everything from them. Quality is so much better then what you will find anywhere else... as well as the prices.

I took my 50 yr old Stiffel lamp to Furlong today to be rewired and for a new shade. It was repaired immediately . The young man who rewired the lamp did an excellent job. Then the women sales people helped me select a new shade. I read some of the reviews about the sales people being rude. I think those customers lack a sense of humor. The help was delightful and since they understood I did not live close by took care of my needs under an hour.
The complaints written by the person complaining about not being able to return a special order I think needs to get their priorities straight.
It was worth my while to go the extra mile for excellent service.

Great selection of l8ghting fixtures. Staff is very knowledgeable about lighting. We've been customers for thirty years.

We needed a taller harp for a lamp we were using in our family room. This is THE PLACE to go when you need something like this. I was told at another place that I'd need to just get another lamp to solve my dilemma but Furlong had the solution and for LESS THAN FIVE DOLLARS!!!!
