Barb-Lin Carpet One Floor & Home

As an update to our review - John, the President, of Barb-Lin reached out to us about our concerns and experience. John mentioned to us this is not consistent with the quality of work delivered. We scheduled a walk through so that John could see the our floors firsthand. After seeing the quality of the install John arranged for us to have the floors re-installed. The re-install went extremely smooth, only taking 1 day, and resolved all of our concerns left from the original poor install. As we are a repeat customer of Barb-Lin, it was reassuring to have them stand behind their work and ensure high quality work is always delivered. Because of this we are changing out review to 5-stars. While it would have been even better to have a proper install the first time around, it’s also important companies stand behind their product when things don’t go well.

My husband and I were in the market for an area rug for our bedroom. We stopped at Avalon. The salesperson was very nice but just not familiar with inventory.
We live in Doylestown and had forgotten about Barb-Lin. We had purchased blinds from them about 5 years ago-great quality and service.
Well I certainly won’t forget about them again!
Frank helped us-his 23 yrs of experience there along with his non pressure demeanor was a win for us. We explained what we were looking for and he came up with a number of great options. He was conscious of our price range and came up with numerous options within our budget.
We were back and forth several times with different samples until we found exactly what we were looking for.
We even ended up buying a second rug for our guest room.
Countless options in all price ranges.
It’ll be our first stop is we ever need another rug.

The Barb-Lin team contacted me promptly after an online estimate request. We had someone out to my home to provide an estimate and work scheduled within two days. They took the time to review the plan with me. The men who came out to do the work were thorough, kind, and over-delivered in their work. Thank you so much, we will use again.

We had new carpet pad and nail track installed, existing carpet stretched and re-installed, stair carpet stapled/repaired in multiple areas and hallway carpeting stretched.

We had a great experience installing hard wood throughout the second floor of our home. Frank was great to work with and the installers were fantastic. They worked tirelessly for 3 days and the flooring looks amazing. They could not have been nicer or more professional and we are thrilled with the results!

We could not be more happy with our luxury vinyl flooring! Installers were quick, professional, and definitely skilled. The store and installers went above and beyond when it came to realizing we needed baseboard last minute and they got it to us on the second day of installation to make for a beautifully finished job! Highly recommend!

I can't tell you want a wonderful experience it was to deal with Barb-Lin. From beginning to end. I have used many other carpet stores and this is the best in every area. They have a large selection which I was looking for, the sales staff are people who have had many years in the business. The install was the biggest surprise compared to the average carpet store. The gentleman was so particular about doing everything perfect! I couldn't believe there are still installers like him! I travel further to do business with them, but its well worth it!

Cindy spent a ton of time with me going through all the samples. She has a great eye, and figured out very quickly what my style was. I brought home quite a few samples, but a few days later told me she pulled some more that she thought I’d like. Wonderful to deal with. The installation was very thorough, and the carpet looks beautiful. Cindy followed up to make sure I was pleased. An excellent process from start to finish. Thank you, Barb-Lin!

SUPERB service all around from everyone (Brian, John & installers Don & CJ) with our new wood flooring product. We initially had some water dampness after they tore up our old wood floor & before our new floor was installed. Barb-Lin was extremely patient & accommodating to us (which we so appreciated) as we took care of the issue before the new floor was installed. HIGHLY recommend them in the highest regard & we will be using them again very soon for new blinds. THANK YOU Barb-Lin!

Very professional and extremely helpful. Frank helped me pick out a rich wool remnant for my stairs. The carpet looks beautiful. The installers also did an excellent job, fast, clean and professional. Highly recommend and I will use them again for my next flooring job. Thank you Judy

Just had vinyl plank flooring installed. Could not be happier! Cindy was patient and helpful in finding us the perfect product and Tom did an absolutely amazing job installing it. Highly recommend Barb-Lin !

John McCarty was fantastic. Frank was also great in helping us find the perfect flooring style. The installers, led by Patrick, were courteous and thoughtful. We have two young children at home and the guys answered all of Noah's questions, no matter how silly. Great Job!!

Buying blinds was a pleasant experience thanks to Cindy. All options explained patiently and in detail without pressure to go with the most expensive. Measuring and installation was all trouble free also. Based on this experience, we will certainly look to use Barb-Lin for future needs.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! We decided, pretty last minute, to put in new flooring for our new house we had just purchased. They were quick to respond, quick to assist and so pleasant to work with! They had a lot of beautiful options to select from and I could not have been happier with the service we received. Highly recommend them!

We had our carpeted first floor replaced with high quality vinyl. Looks fantastic and the workmanship is impeccable. Very nice job!

Sales people were available, knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. Showroom was well organized and welcoming. Installers were extremely helpful and efficient and even disconnected and reconnected some sophisticated electronics. Cleanup was perfect. Overall a performance that was perfect.

For my overall experience I'm giving 5 stars, but have to say this is mainly due to Kevin the "MASTER" installer. Hands down if you have carpet to install you "want" Kevin. He is the Master!! There was a hiccup with the amount of carpet delivered. Fault could of been measurement, ordering or manufacturer???? Kevin stepped up on my behalf, I was not charged any extra for additional carpet. It looks beautiful and there is a smile on my face.

We visited several flooring companies before choosing Barb-Lin. Their selection, service, and knowledge, and then the install were seamless.
I will recommend them going forward!

We are very pleased with the work Barb-Lin Flooring did to refinish our hardwood floors! They look like new!
