Bring your car here! My sunroof shattered while I was driving, and came to Parkway Auto Body at the suggestion of my insurance provider. I'm so glad I did - everyone on the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and funny, which made my unfortunate situation way better. They were able to replace my sunroof quickly, and I can tell they did quality work. I'm so glad I found this place!

Jairo and his team are the best! My BMW needed repairs from an auto accident and they were recommended by my auto insurance. I'm glad I went with them because they are professional, super courteous and very accommodating. He educated me on the process and made great recommendations for extras I wanted on my car too. Although my parts took longer than usual due to BMW inventory, my car came out looking fabulous and working like new. I am very pleased and I highly recommend Jairo!

Jairo was professional from day 1 when my vehicle was brought to Parkway Auto Body. I was given a quote, received timely updates on parts and repairs as they went along. My vehicle looked like new when the work was finished , went above and beyond to get me back on the road .

We took my parents Ford Taurus here after it was in a bad accident, severely damaging the front right side (completely took out the headlight). Let me start off by saying that the team at Parkway Auto Body did an AMAZING job!!! You cannot tell that there was ever an accident. All of the employees are professional, kind, and experienced. The car looks better than it has in years. Truly, they did a fantastic and thorough job!

As for pricing, they are definitely fair. They offer a great discount if you pay cash instead of card. Not to mention, THEY WERE THE FIRST TO RESPOND AND LET US DROP THE CAR OFF THE SAME DAY!! A LOT of other places in the area required an appointment that wouldn't even have seen us for a week.

Our only complaint is that they didn't communicate well. We completely understood that this repair was going to take a few weeks (especially since there is a part shortage right now) However, no one reached out to say that the job would take much longer than originally intended. This left my parents in quite a state of anxiety not having any idea when they would have their car back. Originally, they said it would take 10 business days to fix once they had parts but it ended up taking over 5 weeks. (AGAIN, this wasn't their fault-- the delay was justified). The issue we had is that they failed to reach out to give any news-- It was my Mom who had to keep calling to find out anything. Towards the end, they said the car would be ready Wednesday, then once Wednesday came she called and they said definitely by Thursday, and then Thursday came and they said Friday. (It was finally ready that Friday late in the day).

We would definitely highly recommend Parkway Auto Body for any repairs/auto work you need. This place is the best in the area and you can tell they are experienced since they do such high quality work

My car was totaled at the end of last year, and I contacted Parkway Auto Body to help me out. Jairo and his team took GREAT care of me!! They walked me through the whole insurance process, and I was ultimately able to buy a replacement vehicle. They communicated with me the entire way, and made a difficult situation so much easier.
