Annie's Water Ice

Imagine this - it’s Saturday, wait Sunday, and the humidity is 86%, almost the same as the temperature which is 89. It’s hot AF and you just want to cool down. Have to get some water ice, right? Wrong. Have to get THE water ice - Annie’s. Now you’re here with me, great.

This is by far the best water ice in PA. The soft serve is also as smooth as it looks. Words are not going to do it justice so just go and get some.

Would recommend to families, friends, future in-laws and the like. Will be back soon!

My kids loved it here because the small gelatis are bigger than Ritas’s small gelatis. The ice cream is way better too!!

Been going here for over 20 years! Glad it's still the gem of doylestown. Recommend the gelati (geloti?) with black raspberry water ice, vanilla ice cream, and rainbow sprinkles!

Very good. Quaint old fashion cute ice cream shop. Outdoor seating. Soft serve and Shaved Ice available. Good variety of flavors.

As an out of stater this was my first time having water ice gelati and I absolutely loved it! I had the mango x vanilla one and it was so unique and amazing. Oh and the prices are also so reasonable.

I come for the ice water but I stay for the great service and great people running the business! Always a smile always inviting!

This place is hands down the best place to go for a cold treat. The prices are more than fair and the flavors of the water ice are so natural. We always seem to get the mango and black raspberry, which are both fantastic.

Arrived @ 1:00 opening on a Friday. Parking available in lot. No line. Customized service. Table seating in sun or shade. We'd forgotten how delicious soft serve ice cream can be!

This was the best water ice I have ever had! I got the black raspberry water ice with vanilla soft serve (gelati). My kids had some of mine (in addition to theirs) and though we live ~45 minutes away and have water ice places around here, they keep asking to drive all the way back! Wish we lived closer!

Really some of the most delicious water ice that I've ever had (including Rita's!) I really enjoyed the tangerine water ice mixed with vanilla ice cream and the mango was also very delicious and authentic! I would recommend stopping in for sure!

Nice little ice cream shop with delicious gelato, soft serve, milk shakes & root beer floats with a outdoor deck and parking lot in the south part of Doylestown.

Annie's is the place to be! Amazing water ice and the ice cream and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Its a very popular place in town so be prepared to encounter many customers there on the weekend or on especially hot days. Seating is limited to about 5 tables in the back but the entire town of Doylestown surrounds the place, making it easy to go for a walk around the area with your treat.

Cute setting including a shaded deck to enjoy your treat! I had chocolate water ice. Nice consistency, great chocolate flavor. Service was friendly and fast! Wonderful experience for me!

The cherry water ice with vanilla ice cream is SO good. The people who work here are very friendly and welcoming and were very nice to my dog. 10/10 recommend. Very happy with this experience!
