Jones Racing Products is an exceptional Company! Their Parts are of the highest quality ,however their Customer Service is what sets them apart. I contacted "Chris" with an urgent need for a Blower Belt and Chris advised this Part was a Custom Order!! Normally those words "Custom Order" mean weeks before Delivery, Chris said he would see if he could expedite the manufacturing of the Belt...5 days later we had our Belt!! That is Service beyond expectations!! Thank You All ,at Jones!!...A really great experience especially for a First Time Customer. Jones Racing is a great company to deal with, truly a pleasure when dealing with them. I had a different water pump on my Big Block then what there kit works with and when going to them with fitment questions the Gentleman Chris whom had helped me out a tremendous amount made sure I got everything that was needed and everything was shipped the same day I asked for certain products whether is was a belt , a guide or new pulley to get the belt tension right. Really one of the best companies I had dealt with in the automotive racing industry! Will be dealing with them again anytime I need product they offer.

Excellent service and Quality products. We have a dirt modified with a 602 crate and were having issues with running out of room between the radiator and the fan. After a couple phone calls with Chris he was able to modify the standard 602 kit to fit our needs. Including building a some pieces on short notice so that we could get to the track.

Chris Jones is just as thoughtful in his conversations as he is with his product design and whole system of belt driven components, belts, pulleys, pumps. He went through my requirements in detail and took the time to explain the various variables to consider. I did not feel any sales pressure, in fact he wanted to talk me out of getting the smaller pulley for racing / 8000+rpm now and rather wait ;). Given my tight space in my Superformance AC Cobra replica due to some frame cross members, he immediately offered custom machining: Chris would send me a custom machined drive hub right away in case the current one doesn't fit and I would just install the custom one and send the original back to him.

Throughout all the conversations, Chris communicated clearly about parts required, timing of the order, and at what point my credit card would be charged. He was very responsive over email and phone about last-minute questions. The order shipped exactly on the day he said it would go out after some custom parts got machined. And the PO and invoice promptly arrived in my inbox with the tracking number.

Well Done, Chris! I wish every automotive parts and engineering interaction was like that. I wish your website / Instagram presence would do your excellent customer service and outstanding products justice (though the downloadable PDF catalog is great)

TOTAL FAILURE - OR WAS IT?

Jones accepted an oddball service request from me to adapt a part using their tooling and skill. Turns out that the service requested could not be performed to their satisfaction, and they returned the parts to me with an apology and no charge.

It's disappointing not to get what one wants, but gratifying to be treated with honesty and respect.

After checking elsewhere in the industry, it appears that my request isn't possible with others, so this speaks to their up-front competence and confidence - they decided to try and make it work, because that's just what they do with other stuff, so why not mine?

The auto parts are what they are.
Service and moral integrity is where the value here is for me.
