I stopped by with my family & tried the chili cheese fries. They were as I remembered.

I WAS SO EXCITED . I HAVENT HAD CHECKERS FOR 13 YEARS. I ENJOYED MY LARGE FRIES & TWO APPLE PIES. THEY WAS FAST & MY FOOD WAS SUPER FRESH. I WILL BE BACK SOON

The food was really good and the lobby was clean, cashier was nice but the other people filling orders were not at all nice.

The employees here are thorough, just overworked. mistakes happen when checkers is short staffed. If you don't like the workers attitudes its because no one wants to work and they are having to overwork staff and they are working overtime in order to keep this place open. no days off for the staff, so apply to checkers cause they are hiring.

Always hot and crispy fries. Love there fries. My go to for a night of not cooking lol.

I'm glad they opened this location back up. They closed almost every location in Philadelphia. I wasn't sure if I was about going to this location based on the older reviews, but the service actually good. The associate that helped me name was Lay. She was polite and professional. Hopefully they can fix the old reputation of the old restaurant. I'll be back!!

Been here multiple times over the past week - definitely much better than they used to be. Funnel cake fries are delicious and the $5 meal deal is such a good grab too!

The food and service were up to par.

Glad to see they're open again. Minor mistakes with the order, but I enjoy pretty much everything there. So, no big deal. Will be back soon.

Very happy they opened up this location again , the food was freshly made , fries were delicious and crunchy very satisfied with the food and staff were polite and the atmosphere was clean 😌

Sabina and Bonita were extremely helpful and attentive while serving me. I had a problem a few days ago after making an order on the app. The restaurant did not have enough chicken tenders to fulfill my order and unfortunately the staff was unable to cancel my order or give me a refund. They instructed me to try to get the refund online and if it did not work to contact the Manager and they would take care of it. After not hearing back for a few days - I reached out to Bonita and she told me she could credit me or I could go pick up my order today instead because they had restocked. Sabina had amazing customer service skills while providing my order to me and even thanked me for coming back after dealing with the app problem. The staff at the Checkers does their best to accommodate and keep their customers happy. I will be coming back.

Friendly service, food was really made fresh and hot. Didn't taste stale or greasy. Major improvement!

I have always been to this checkers. The food here is nice and delicious. Very good people with the service and safety during this pandemic. The store has changed a lot since the past month. Also the service is nice and quick especially with the drive-thru and take-out they get your order right. The new general manager is taking situations seriously, I have been noticing the employees are much better than before.

It's a great place to sit in and eat. All of the workers were working hard and kept the store really clean. The food was warm and delicious. The cashier was super nice and friendly, I will definitely be coming back soon.
