They will work with all budgets and won't upsell you or push you into buying add ons that you don't need. If you wish to install yourself and are capable of doing so they will give you tips and support. They are very honest and take the stress out of it. They know what they have in store so if you are looking for something of a certain style they can immediately pull options for you to consider-- no walking from aisle to aisle trying to remember what you saw 5 minutes ago. Delivery is very affordable if needed. And don't be fooled--this store is much more than flooring and tile. Supplies for your entire bathroom or kitchen renovation can easily be selected here and more! The quality customer service is beyond what most of us are used to nowadays-- that is enough to make me want to visit a business again and again but the prices are very competitive as well, so honestly it is a no brainer!
