We were so happy to work with Carroll’s when looking for an engagement ring. Both my parents and grandparents had highly recommended this jeweler. Ronalyn was so friendly and knowledgeable when helping my now fiancé (!!) pick out the perfect ring for me. I look forward to returning in the future and can’t thank them enough!!

Outstanding service. Kate was fantastic with helping me design a new ring from my sapphire bracelet and gold band. Eventhough it was a small charge for the work to be done she didn't blink an eye and didn't hesitate to help me until I was happy. She went above and beyond with sizing my fingers for a perfect fit and cleaning some other jewelry I had . She was so friendly and thoughtful and we even got to play with the puppy there. We enjoyed our time there and I love my new designed ring and it's so beautiful. We'll definitely be back for more. Thank you Kate and Carroll's Jewelers for the great experience.

Carroll’s is where my now-husband found my engagement ring back in 2021 and they have been amazing with customer service, timing, and pricing for the past two years. We went back to them for our wedding bands. My wedding band was easy to find, it was the complimentary band made by Gabriel & Co. for my engagement ring. But, for my husband, he saw a few examples in the case but also saw some options online that Kate brought up on their tablet. Not knowing for certain which band he was leaning towards, Kate and the team were able to bring in a few additional options so he could see them in-person before making the final choice.
For the day of the wedding, we saw a Gabriel & Co. delicate necklace in their catalog, so Kate was also able to bring in the exact necklace we were eying and I tried it on a few weeks later. My experience with Kate and Gabriel & Co. has been very easy for new pieces and we had quite a few blue Carroll’s Jewelers boxes at the wedding! Thank you Kate and the rest of the team!

I came in at lunchtime to try to get a link added to my wife's watch band. I was greeted right away and promptly helped out with my request . They were so friendly and helpful and when I asked to pay for their service, they said no charge. It means a lot to my wife that she can now use her watch band again. Guys - Pay Joel at Carroll's a visit before spending money on jewelry anywhere else. I purchased an engagement ring for my (now) wife from Carroll's and it was the best decision I've ever made. We live in Manhattan and shopped around the city for awhile but Carroll's was able to deliver exactly what we wanted for a much more reasonable price. In short, my wife wanted a very specific setting that Joel went FAR out of his way to make happen for us. We were so happy with how the engagement ring turned out that we went back to Joel for our wedding bands, my wife's being a custom eternity band with small emerald stones that Joel hand-selected just for us. Thank you, Joel!

My sister walked in, not knowing what she wanted to buy her boyfriend. We were greeted by Rob and was so pleased with his way and non-pushy help during her difficult decision. He was so patient, kind and he showed her plenty of bracelets, rings and items that she was considering to purchase. He has fabulous customer service and kept in mind her price range without making her feel uncomfortable (as she didn't want to spend a ton of money at this time). I recommend this jewelry shop to anyone and when unsure of what you need or want to buy, Rob is the person I would ask for!

Carrol’s was a great place to get an engagement ring! They had a great selection and I could tell right away I was in good hands in terms of quality and knowledge. Kate helped me out and saved the day when my selection needed some tweaking. They were awesome and it allowed for the perfect engagement, definitely will be a return customer and recommend to anyone who isn’t a jewelry wizard but wants a great product at a fair price.

There’s nothing like being surprised when you’re taken away for a special celebration and your husband had secretly met with Joel from Carroll’s jewelers in advance! I received one of the most beautiful Celine sapphire rings that I’ll cherish forever. We’ve been going to Carroll’s for years -purchased jewelry for myself & our daughters, serviced watches and to recognize special occasions over the years ….but this was pretty special! I was devastated when my engagement ring got damaged and thought I would have to replace the setting. I recently moved to the area, so I had to rely on Google reviews when seeking out a jeweler. Carroll's Jewelers was highly rated, so I took a chance. My husband and I went there on a Tuesday morning, and it was quite busy. The employee who assisted us, Nikki, was friendly and patient. She reassured me that they would be able to fix my ring and make it look brand new again. Not only did they do an excellent job, but the price was very reasonable. I will absolutely return to Carroll's Jewelers in the future.

My parents are customers here and have always raved about the attentive staff and gorgeous jewelry selection! While visiting with them today, I noticed the cage on my engagement ring was slightly “bent”. They whisked me over to Carroll’s where I was immediately helped! Less than ten minutes later I had a sparkling clean ring and the cage was adjusted FREE of charge! I also was able to get several questions answered about purchasing wedding bands for my future wedding amongst other jewelry based curiosities! Will absolutely be back with my partner for our next purchase!

OK I am biased, Joel has been a pal since the 80's but he knows his stuff and it's the only place my family shops for jewelry. Trust is key here, Joel taught me about "quality over size" when selecting a diamond for my wife 25 years ago... staff is knowledgeable with spot-on recommendations for every occasion, and they make my wife's pieces look new time and time again! You won't find this level of quality and service at a chain store. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere.

My fiancé and I got our wedding bands here. His needed to be resized twice and they cleaned my engagement ring as well. The selection is good and everyone who works there that I spoke with was very nice. They also have a dog in there who was a fantastic salesman.

I have gone to Carroll’s many times to have family stones reset into what are now my favorite pieces of jewelry including a bracelet, two necklaces and a pair of earrings. They have a variety of items in the store so it’s really nice to see so many options when you’re picking what you want to have made. Most recently, I went to Carroll’s for my custom wedding band. Wanted to replace a pair of gold hoops from my childhood to celebrate a recent accomplishment. Carroll’s had exactly what I wanted. The earrings are made in RI with a lifetime guarantee. Despite a packed store, I received stellar customer service. Lucky to have Carroll’s in our backyard and will frequent them more often.
