I am not surprised to read all these negative reviews about customer service in Newtown location. I am still giving 5 stars because I love the brand and some people that work here (I forgot her name but lady with curly hair and glasses was nice, I believe she says she is German), however other ladies in customer service in this location are simply very rude. Inconvenient and bad, hopefully, these negative reviews will change something about the customer service at this location. Thank you

Awesome service!!!! I tried on a top that was beautiful on the hanger. I asked for an opinion and received an honest answer, the top did nothing for me. Thank you.
I bought 2 great tops, a woven multi-colored jacket from the sale room, a necklace, an initial hook and 2 books. The tops are pricey but fit beautifully and made in the USA! I will ship at Anthropologie more frequently. USA made and quality service women = a great combination.

First time at this location. Very quiet . Nice no pressure shopping. The clerk found the out of stock dress for me on line . Very nice shopping experience. 🛍

I love this Anthropology. The workers are so sweet and helpful. The clearance selection is awesome. I typically shop online, but coming here I always have a great shopping experience and find something unique every time. I love anthro!!!! My one wish is that the hours were longer past 7pm.

This is the smallest Anthropologie store I go to regularly, but it's enough. You can find a little bit of everything the brand sells. The sales reps are courteous and unobtrusive if you're browsing all their pretty and quirky things. A nice feature of Anthro is their willingness to find what you're looking for and get it to you, so it doesn't really matter how big the store is. You can always order online, send it to the store, and try before you buy. Some of their policies have changed in the last year (that's corporate for you) but the employees are very nice about doing what they can. Life is short, buy the shoes!

Great selection of home goods. Loved their new fragrance collection. Beautiful dresses (nice sale room too).

Small store compared to other Anthro stores, but still have the most of new arrivals , great decoration and helpful stuff

Had a Christmas return and it was painless. Also, lots of great clothes on sale plus an additional 30% off. Yay!
