Good service, great staff, very courteous & excellent customer service

Had to call the foreman, did not have an office to conduct face to face business with. People that assisted with the product were not operating the loading equipment safely, no seat belt and jumped off the moving forklift to load my truck. Other thsn that the experience was alright.

My employer hired Titan Racking for a pallet racking project and had a terrible experience.

To start, we agreed on a project start-date a month in advance. A few days before the project start-date, the project was postponed a week because of lack of proper planning from their salesperson, Steve Petercsak. Titan arrived on the revised project start-date without a plan for the installation. I was left to manage Titan's crew myself, a group of sub-contractors that didn't speak English. To make matters worse, Steve mis-calculated the amount of material needed for the project. Therefore, his team arrived without ample material to complete the job. This postponed the completion of our project by another week.

After receiving a 50% deposit, Steve demanded a check for the balance before the project was completed. When my boss refused to issue a check until the project was completed, Steve acted irrational and threw a temper tantrum in front of my team.

When Titan returned the following week with the material to complete the original job, the price of the material increased from their original quote. I brought this to Steve's attention, but he was disinterested in discussing it.

After all of this effort, I'm still short six beams to complete my project. In my last attempt to have Titan complete our project, Titan decided they no longer want to do business with us.

I wouldn’t recommend Titan to anyone that needs their project completed timely and professionally.
